Amnaya Resort Kuta

So glad I chose the resort before leaving Indonesia. It's very well run and maintained, entire staff is exemplary. Front desk can get busy and they handle it smoothly, being in the hospitality industry myself, it's very inspiring to see! It will be my permanent go-to whenever in town.

It’s a nice hotel and lovely staff. But it’s not worth the price it has. I expected much more because of the cost. I’ve stayed at cheaper hotel that has a higher standard for the facility.

Good location , nice room with a pool view, everybody so helpful.

Amnaya is truly a wonderful place to stay. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warm greetings by the reception team every day, which really made a difference. This resort definitely lives up to its reputation. Mr. Tri and his team are what make Amnaya so special, and I also want to mention the friendly security guards — they were always welcoming and helpful.
The room was amazing, comfortable, and serviced daily. The housekeeping team — Ngurah, Dani, Okta, and Sentana — have a great eye for detail. I’m a bit of a tidy freak, so I really notice these things, and they did a fantastic job. They were also very friendly and nice to chat with.
The hotel is located in a great spot, away from the main road, so it’s quiet but still close to convenience stores and other essentials. The restaurant is also great if you’re feeling lazy — you can just order room service. The staff there are fun and easy to chat with as well. If you’re planning to try the spa at Bhava, I recommend the Royal package — it was actually really good. Thanks to Aurel and Meyra for the great experience.
I didn’t personally try the pool since I’m not a big fan of chlorine, but it always looked like other guests were enjoying it.
The hotel also offers tour services around Bali, as well as airport pickup and drop-off, which is very convenient and reasonably priced.
Laundry service is available too — just have it in by 10:00 am and you’ll get it back the same day, ironed and folded.
Overall, if you’re someone like me who enjoys relaxing and having everything taken care of, this place is perfect. You really don’t need to leave unless you want to go sightseeing.

Schönes Zimmer am schönen Pool, mit privater Terrasse, schön eingerichtet. Personal sehr nett, Frühstück befriedigend. Super die Lage 10 Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Ich durfte nach dem Check-Out kurz vor Abflug am Abend nochmal ein extra Dusch-Zimmer benutzen, um mich frisch zu machen und mich umzuziehen, vielen Dank dafür!

The staff was really helpful and always with a smile. They try to help you with everything you need. The breakfast is really good and generally the food is really delicious and good quality.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room has a small balcony where you can see the scenery outside, which I loved. Sometimes squirrels even run onto the balcony, and it’s really cute.

Inside the room there are many wooden elements, such as wooden tabletops, a wooden headboard, and a wooden wardrobe. I especially like that the wardrobe is open-style, which makes the space feel less crowded and more relaxing. The wood is finished with a glossy protective coating, so the whole room feels bright and warm.

I also like the bathroom tiles very much. The beige color gives a calm and elegant feeling. You can see wood details throughout the property, along with thoughtful design elements like lines and wood carvings, which make the hotel feel very stylish and well designed.

This morning when I stepped onto the balcony, I was greeted by a rainbow outside. It was truly a beautiful start to the day.

I would also like to thank the housekeeping staff, Lanang and Andre, for keeping the room very clean and well maintained. They did a wonderful job.

The spa was also excellent. My massage therapist Imel had amazing hands and provided a very professional and thoughtful service. It was a truly relaxing experience.

Mooie ruime kamer, grote badkamer/douche. De kamer is zeer compleet met water/ toiletartikelen/ hangers en veel kastruimte. Zwembad is schoon en goed onderhouden. Ontbijt zeer luxe en uitgebreid. Het ligt 10min van de airport.
Personeel is zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Ook de afternoon thee is keurig verzorgd
