Kanon morgenmad. Ingen trafikstøj fra hovedvej. Skønne medarbejdere til at give den bedste service.
Pros:

Service manager var rigtig forstående, i forhold til den støjstress jeg desværre lider af. Hotellet ligger på en rolig gade men al lyd fra gaden og gangpartierne kanalisere sig ind på hotelværelset.

Morgenmaden var suplim. Ingen buffe men der kunne vælges ud fra deres breakfast menukort. Total TOP karakter for det morgenmadskoncept.

Cons:

For meget støj i hotelværelset fra gangpartiet samt ude fra, gav desværre ikke en rolig søvn. Døren til hotelværelset er utæt så lyd nemt forplanter sig på værelset fra gangen. Har talt med servicemanager og personale herom. Nye tætte indgangsdøre til alle værelser, vil kunne gøre en kæmpe forskel. Desværre også en større investering for hotellet. Fik den bedste service i forhold til dette støj problem, og fik et nyt værelse hvor der var mindre støj og hvor jeg godt kunne sove. Super professionelt håndteret af servicemanager og hans søde medarbejdere.

I booked 2 nights when I am back to Bali.

10/10 would recommend and can’t wait to return.
Pros:

The staff are amazing, check in on you and make sure everything is okay and if you need something they will organise it. (I needed an adapter and bag scale and they got it for me right away). The food is delicious and served at a great standard. The rooms are beautiful and spacious and the location is also good.

Cons:

Lack of sun by the pool to tan (person preference) as tree are highly covering the area and the pool area is situated in the middle of the hotel so covering sun range, but still a beautiful area.

Beyond expectation
Pros:

Thank you so much as we had a surprised free upgrade to a Suite which was amazingly large and spacious. The breakfast was ala-carte and so delicious, they also serve free afternoon tea. It's ashamed we didn't have a chance to try the spa as we only stayed for one night, but will definitely try next time :) Overall highly recommended!
