Will definitely stay here again.
Pros:

It was very clean. The vibe was extremely relaxing as was the pool. The staff were fantastic, always smiling and polite. The breakfast was exceptional as were the staff, especially Ratna & Neli. We had dinner a couple of nights at the restaurant also and the food was amazing.

Exactly what we needed
Pros:

It was exactly what we needed in the end of our honeymoon, the room was incredible, super comfortable, clean, beautiful, all perfect. The staff was very nice and helpful, with a good vibe, the service was excellent. We wish we could stay longer

الفندق جميل، وكنت أحرص دائماً على السكن فيه في كل زياراتي السابقة إلى بالي. موقعه مناسب في كوتا، بعيد عن صخب الشوارع الرئيسية، حيث يقع داخل زقاق صغير يمنح نوعاً من الهدوء والخصوصية الإفطار متنوع، والغرف واسعة ومريحة، كما أن الفندق قريب من الحديقة المائية، وهذا يجعله خياراً مناسباً للعائلات.

Cons:

للأسف في زيارتي الأخيرة لاحظت تراجعاً واضحاً في مستوى النظافة، حيث كانت المفارش متسخة جداً، والوسادة صفراء، كما توجد بقع واضحة على المرتبة الفندق لم يكن بهذا المستوى في زياراتي السابقة، وهذا الأمر أثر كثيراً على تجربتي وجعلني أقرر عدم العودة للإقامة فيه مرة أخرى.

Уютно, чисто, убираются каждый день

Cons:

Не большая площадь, завтрак по меню, и нету кофе только без молоко, если захочется латте или капучино, нужно будет купить его отдельно.

Sauber, tolle Lage versteckt in der City, nahe zu Läden und Restsurants, gemütliche Betten und tolles Spa.

Das zweite Mal hier und unsere Lieblingsunterkunft für den Start in Bali!

Das Spa und Team ist auch hervorragend!

Cons:

Dieses Mal haben wir den Fitness Bereich ausprobiert und die Cardio- Geräte sind unterirdisch. Das Fahrrad konnte man gar nicht einstellen, das Laufband und Stepper waren nicht sehr hochwertig.
Leider wurde das Wasser nicht aufgefüllt, das dort zur Verfügung stand, obwohl wir Bescheid gegeben hatten.

Pros:

Prachtige gestyled, mooie ruime kamer, super vriendelijk personeel, erg schoon, fantastisch ontbijt en eten s’avonds was ook goed. Als je een klacht meld wordt het in no time opgelost. Lekker rustig maar wel op loop afstand van winkels en eetgelegenheden, zelf het strand is te lopen.

Niets (vervelende kinderen van andere toeristen) maar daar kan het hotel weinig aan doen

Personnel au top! Arrangeant pour les arrivées avant 14h. Confort des chambres. Petit déjeuner très bon.
