Beautiful hotel in a quiet but convenient location.
Pros:

A very clean and comfortable hotel. Breakfast choices were fabulous. Rooms spacious and well appointed. The hotel is located to the side of Waterbomb park. Would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

My only complaint is that the chairs on the sunny side of the pool are really uncomfortable to sit on 😢

Sehr schönes Hotel mit einer offenen Lobby
Vielseitiges Frühstück auch wenn es a la carte ist, gibt es eine große Auswahl und man findet immer etwas.
Großzügig gestaltete moderne Zimmer.

Everything was great. However while breakfast was good it needs to be buffet and not ala carte. People need to be able to select what they prefer and how much they prefer.

Great hotel and excellent value for money.
Pros:

Great spacious room with plenty of amenities. The location just away from the main road was excellent as it was much quieter. Staff were all lovely. The Balinese massage in the spa was great and good value. The swimming pool was a lovely temperature to cool off in. Our room attendant, Tody, looked after us well.

Nothing comes to mind.
