We highly appreciated the possibility to shower in a private bathroom after we checked out and before we took our return plane to home
Some renewal would be needed (e.g. bathroom) and definitely need for more plugs to recharge phones near the beds.

I've stayed in the Amnya resort in a couple different places, as I really like the local and tasteful design. While the hotel doesn't have a beach, there is a nice one right across the street (part of a different hotel). The staff is generally really nice and the restaurant is amazing for both breakfast and dinner.
The main thing was that the security guy randomly moved by motorbike in a different spot and because there was another security guy when I found out, he didn't know what happened either, so we ended up looking for it thinking it got stolen only to find it it some random abandoned place in the back of the garage - not sure what that was about.
Also, there should apparently be a great spa, however because they accepts drop ins from the street and the hotel guests are not given any prio, there is never any space, so it kind of defeats the purpose of having a spa in the hotel.

The breakfast is very limited, which is not good. To be commensurate with the amount I'm paying, I demand an open buffet.

No compromise on cancellation policy. My airline moved my flight up one day so I could not stay my final night at Amnaya. No refund allowed.
