Great location, small rooms, basic amenities - does the job for a short stay
Pros:

Location was excellent for connectivity to other Tokyo city locations, rooms were very small - perhaps it is a Japan thing, as it was my first time in the country. No breakfast included, but they did have an option to pay and go, which I did not find much of value for money.

Cons:

Size of the room, also the double room had a doube bed - we could have done with a room with 2 single beds, but there was hardly any space in the room, everything was miniature sized

Non smoking room in smoking floor = Smoking room?!
Pros:

Good location and nice staff

Cons:

I booked the non-smoking room; however they gave me the room on smoking floor. When entering that floor, I already smelled the smoke. And I have sprayed many fragrances in the room to get rid of the smoking smell when i first entered it.

La chambre est trop petite pour deux personnes, le lit également pour les clients occidentaux.

En effet le ménage est fait toujours les jours, mais pour le prix de la chambre, le ménage n'est très bien, car il y avait de la poussière à certains endroit.
