Pros:

Amazing location, beautiful views and close to good landmarks & amenities. Very cosy apartment and staff are super friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Could do with some upgrades - kitchens and bathrooms are dated.

Recommended for small families for a place with a view in Perth.
Pros:

The apartment has a riverside view and you can have a nice stroll along the riverside in the mornings or evenings. Location is also near some good restaurants, we were given discount vouchers for some of them. There’s also a 24/7 grocer nearby. We arrived from an early flight in the morning and the receptionist was gracious to let us check in earlier as there was an available unit.

Cons:

The property is a little dated but well maintained. Parking is available but limited, it does get full in the evenings and weekends but paid parking is available by the roadside out front. Price is on the higher side but consistent with inflation in Perth.

Great location and fully equiped apartments for both short and long stays.
Pros:

Great facilities and location next to ferry terminal for access to the CBD. Easy freeway access to the property and several good cafes and restaurants within walking distance.

Cons:

Onsite Parking was problematic after 6pm daily with the return of the large working guest base. On street parking immediately outside the apartments is available but on a paid meter basis until 10pm and kicking back in again at 8am.

Stayed 1 night and hotel location was perfect.
Pros:

Apartment faces the river with beautiful view of the city skyline. Free parking onsite. Walking distance to suburb mall and restaurants.

Cons:

Rooms look old and tired. Need some sprucing up.
