Pros:

We booked the Peninsula as we were attending our daughters graduation which was being held at the convention centre. Perfect location as the ferry leaves from the jetty which is a very short walk from the hotel and takes you to the city and the convention centre is a short walk away.

The staff were very pleasant as was the room. Spacious, clean and comfortable! Fantastic coffee lounge with great machine, vending machine etc

Cons:

As there were four of us staying it would have been great to have a second bathroom. If not a second bathroom, one that was stand alone and not the ensuite attached to the main bedroom. It was family so we were fine. First world problem I know but just so you're aware. Would definitely stay again though!

As close to the river as you will ever get.
Pros:

My room at the Peninsula Riverside apartments was exceptional. It was spacious comfortable and its facilities excellent. The bed was comfortable the bathroom and shower excellent and if you wanted you could cook in your room or walk a short distance to several restaurants and a hotel. The location is perfect for site seeing and enjoying the panoramic view of the city across the beautiful swan river. You can leave your vehicle there and catch a ferry across the river to experience the city or from there catch a train anywhere in Perth.

Cons:

I was held up for at least three lift rides waiting for the staff to bring down the laundry. Other than that small inconvenience nothing to report.

Great location to the sites of Perth … bikes available, the ferry is an excellent service.

Comfortable serviced apartment … great location to the ferry and restaurants … loved the communal coffee machine … parking available, staff were very helpful

Cons:

Our bed was a bit too hard but otherwise no issues
