Terrible.
Pros:

The staff was extremely rude and demeaning from the check in process to the restaurant staff at the coffee shop, to the concierge department staff , to the driver who they gave me when I hired the hotel car. The room was so dirty, the carpets in the bathroom were wet. The blankets were used. It was the worse’s hotel I’ve ever been to.

Cons:

The service , hygiene of the rooms and staff behaviour.

Pros:

The room itself was fine but nothing special

Cons:

Unfortunately we did not have a good stay. We only booked as a place to rest before an early flight.

I requested an extra bed for my 8 year old when I booked, the bed was not there and we had to call multiple times. In the end we decided to all just share as it was super late and we needed to get some sleep after a long drive and having to get up for an early flight. It eventually came but we turned it away.

We then had the most loudest and horrific dance music thumping outside all night and to top it off we had people in the room next to us who were obviously young and unsupervised. They were shouting, screaming, laughing and banging doors all night. We got zero sleep and we even had someone knock on our door with room service for them about midnight. My husband asked the staff when he knocked on to ask them to be quiet but nothing was done. It was a terrible terrible night and we left exhausted and grumpy.
