Cons:

O serviço dos funcionários, logo a chegada fomos ignorados pelo staff que fica fora pois tínhamos chegado de Táxi , o meu Primo teve que descarregar as malas enquanto que os funcionários estavam aí sem fazer nada e na conversa , na altura do check out então pareciam frios os funcionários da recepção.

Super comfortable hotel atmosphere. The service, the breakfast just fantastic! As we booked late check out the Housekeeping especially Mr.Gagan were regularly checking on our comfort, super friendly!

It was the most shortest.I checked in to the hotel at 4:15PM and checked out from reception itself at 5:10-15PM. As I stepped in, the atmosphere was full of smoky smell from the smoking that people from a party were doing just outside the reception entrance gate. Secondly, the Ac was not working well and moreover the party hall just on the same area as they had reception was making it like the party is happening at the same place in the reception area itself. Half of the staff was clueless if we asked something, no queue system followed and the senior of such staff(Anshul) was denying anything that we raised as an unpleasant welcome of ours and of all of the above issues
The only good thing he did was to allow us to leave and cancel the reservation at that moment and to choose some other property with no pre booking charge.
