I have stayed here before and I like the property. It isn't the Ritz but it does everything I want and need very well. Decent location, fairly quiet, and always wonderful and helpful staff.

Excellent property and you need if you just want a room best thing about it is it’s very clean and fresh staff are superb all ready booong for next year

Reasonably priced and good quality hotel, located about five minutes walk from Jomtien Beach and close to many restaurants, etc. The rooms are clean and a good size. Friendly and helpful staff and a basic but pleasant breakfast is provided, plus coffee all day.

Not bad. If you need a place to sleep, this is such a place. It’s definitely better than a sharp stick to the eye. If you love a hard bed, they have what you’re looking for. It’s a little distance walk from the main road but at least it’s quiet. No loud thumping bar music to keep you awake. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

I found this hotel very good value for 600 bahtt it included a decent room with good air con great shower and tv with YouTube etc
Near the beach and staff very helpful

Staff were kind and friendly. Wifi slow, but other than that, it was a nice spot.

Overall I liked this hotel very much despite being far from the city center.

The room is very clean and quiet. The location of the hotel is also in a quiet area. There is hot shower and the water pressure is superb. I had supply of bottled water everyday and it has a kettle to make a cup of tea or coffee. Although I didnt need daily room clean up, I was always offered one. Just hang the sign "clean my room", when you want one. The Internet speed was around 40-45Mbps. The AC was very good too. The room doesn't have bar soap, but rather liquid soap in the shower area. There are some restaurants in a walking distance. The TV has many channels.

There are only few things I didn't like. The room didn't have balcony to hang my wet laundry out, which would be nice. Probably many of the western people may find the mattress too hard and the location for the minibus is not convinient if you want to take the minibus to the center (you have to walk pretty far to get to the pickup point). From the center back, the drop off location is not that far from the hotel.

Price value good hotel

Good and walkable to the beach and night market. The bed was a bit hard, but doable for about 1 week, but not longer.

訂了7間房，其中三間房要行樓梯上一層，沒有bell boy，而令外的－間房發出坑渠的臭味，提出要換房間又話沒有房，又不是旺的日孑，我們出外吃飯，叫佢把氣味攪好，回洒店只是噴了空氣清新濟蓋過難聞的氣味和將冷氣調大了，朋友頂唔順為有去令外一間房的朋友孖舖，不會再來此間洒店！

A definite value for the price

From start to finish our 2 week stay at Z by Zing was great. We arrived at 2am but no problem as they have staff at front desk 24/7. It's a budget hotel so dont expect minibars and room service. But you get a clean room with a fridge, free wifi, and a location that is less than a 5 min walk to Jomtien beach.

It's a quiet place not a party place. Great for family visits. I highly recommend it for those looking to be near the attractions but want to save money on rooms.
