I recently stayed at your hotel over the weekend with my family, and unfortunately, I must share that it was the worst experience we’ve ever had.

Here are some of the key issues we encountered:
1. Smelly Room: The room had an unpleasant odor that made it uncomfortable to stay in.
2. Dirty Toilet: The cleanliness of the bathroom was far below acceptable standards.
3. Cigarette Smoke: Despite having babies with us, we were constantly breathing in cigarette smoke through our room, especially during sleep.
4. No Iron: Basic amenities like an iron were not provided, which caused unnecessary inconvenience.
5. Unhygienic Kettle: We needed hot water for our babies, but the kettle provided was in a nasty condition and unusable.

This was our first visit to Bandung, and we had hoped for a memorable experience. Unfortunately, your hotel left us with disappointing memories. Considering your prime location in the heart of Bandung, it’s truly a waste not to maintain and upgrade your facilities to meet basic standards.

I hope you will seriously address these issues to improve the experience for future guests.
