Quite good for a business trip. Located in a mall complex, so you have ample choices of food — old building but well maintained. Nice breakfast.

Decent for a business trip
The room consider big for a family. In total for the price I pay is good deal, if looking for luxury stay this is not the type of hotel.
Nice Hotel next to Palembang Mall, which had everything a traveller needed.
The Staff was very pleasant, especially the doorman..
The hotel is set back from the busy road, so was quiet.
Would have liked a map of the area but they did not have one.
Was a little too far to walk to Ampera Bridge but the Receptionist could call you a taxi which was not expensive.
Beds was very comfortable with nice pillows!
Room not properly cleaned, under the bed was rotting fruit. Bitten by mosquitoes in room. Toilet light switch linked with room light - hence when its switched on both the room and toilet lights come on. Would hv chkd out after 1 nite; but had prepaid to Expedia for entire 5day stay. Worst hotel room stay.

Hotel staff and local people very friendly.
After clearing immigration and collecting my luggage I went to the toilet. I left my hand phone in the toilet and only remember about it just before boarding a taxi! I rushed to the toilet and there was the airport staff asking me if I had left my hand phone? What a relieved.!
