Historische Unterkunft für eine Zwischenübernachtung
Pros:

Interessantes Gebäude, Nettes Personal am Telefon. Leider niemanden persönlich kennen gelernt. Da wir außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten der Rezeption an sowie abgereist sind.

Cons:

Kein Restaurant.
Selfservice-Bar tolle Idee, zu teuer - Preise wie in der Gaststätte. Man hat vergessen den Service in Abzug zu bringen.

Wir hatten am vergangenen Wochenende einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Schlosshotel Hopferau. Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir vom freundlichen und aufmerksamen Personal herzlich begrüßt – man fühlt sich sofort wohl und willkommen.

Unser Zimmer war sauber, groß und sehr gemütlich, perfekt zum Entspannen. Auch das Ambiente des Hotels ist beeindruckend und versprüht einen ganz besonderen Charme.

Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt – wir kommen definitiv wieder und können das Schlosshotel Hopferau absolut weiterempfehlen!

Ottima posizione per visitare i dintorni
Pros:

Location molto particolare e suggestiva. Interessante girare per le stanze del castello adibite a sale eventi. Personale cordiale e disponibile. Posizione ottima per raggiungere laghi e funivie. La finestra della camera aveva la zanzariera.

Cons:

Abbiamo scelto questa sistemazione pensando che ci fosse il ristorante che in realtà c’è ma è chiuso.
Purtroppo è stata una settimana molto calda e con la finestra aperta si stava bene ma si sentivano le campane della chiesa anche di notte ed il passaggio del treno.

Beautiful historic building in quiet village.
Pros:

Beautiful, historic building located in a quiet village. Room was warm, beds comfy and wifi was good. Safe parking on site.

Cons:

The building was completely deserted when we arrived. We had received a message the day before saying reception would be closed at 2pm, giving instructions for the key safe. Restaurant was also closed, which was never mentioned during booking. We didn't take the 19 euros breakfast. We realise that early January is not the busiest time of year, but were disappointed by the complete absence of any staff on arrival.
Had we known there was no restaurant, we probably would not have booked the hotel.
Regarding the room, it was very small as was the bathroom.

Pros:

Мы приехали вечером. Заселение было дистанционным. Мы получили исчерпывающую инструкцию и самое ценное: мы могли самостоятельно осмотреть вечером старейший немецкий замок. Это одно здание. Мы ходили по этажам, смотрели прекрасные помещения. Никаких запретов, удивительно насколько велико доверие к гостям! Для нас с детьми, прогулка по старому замку вечером (мы никого не встретили) стало одним из самых ярких впечатлений за отпуск (даже сильнее, чем от цели бронирования этого места - Нойшванштайн). Однозначно рекомендую.
