The booking clearly mentioned that the suite would include kitchenware, a microwave, and a coffee maker. Upon checking in, I found that these amenities were missing.

I approached the reception to address this issue, only to be informed that these items were never available, and the staff dismissed my concerns by stating that this discrepancy was due to Booking.com's description, not their management.

This situation has caused significant inconvenience during my stay, as I specifically selected this accommodation based on the listed amenities. I request that you take the following actions:

Pros:

Barato, perto de tudo. Tem elevador mas um lance de escadas para chegar nele. Se tiver problemas de acessibilidade não é uma boa escolha. O melhor de tudo é o super atendimento da moça da recepção. Muito atenciosa e prestativa.

terrible experience
Pros:

My new clothes and my shop were stolen in this hotel and the staff just said: they were thrown away with the trash, you shouldn’t left them in the bag if you need it!

They didn't even check the cameras and said they were garbage.

so awfull hotel with terrible service
