Das Hotel ist super schön gelegen. Das Personal sehr sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir konnten direkt am Hotel parken.
Das Zimmer mir Meerblick war traumhaft.

troppa moquette ovunque.
scale principali scricchiolanti
ascensore troppo stretto e di difficile accesso se on due valigie.
persone che giravano nude per i corridoi con il solo asciugamani.

Très bel endroit qui mériterait d’avoir un petit peu plus de sérieux dans le management au niveau de l’accueil des clien

Un certain balbutiement au niveau du service, c’est vrai que il y a des problèmes actuellement pour trouver du personnel compétent. Là j’ai l’impression que les gens étaient un petit peu en formation plutôt que confirmé ce qui est un petit peu. Dommage vu le niveau de l’hôtel.

Séjour très dépaysant en contact direct avec la mer, les plages et les chemins côtiers.
Pros:

Superbe vue sur la cale de la vallée et la mer/la Rance. Plaisir d'entendre le bruit agréable des marées au fil de la journée ou de la nuit. Le balcon est un complément appréciable pour humer l'air du jour.
Le petit-déjeuner est très copieux et diversifié. Les chiens sont très bien accueillis et pris en charge. Dommage qu'il n'en soit pas autant de la Ville de Dinard qui interdit toutes ses plages aux chiens toute la journée du 15 juin au 15 septembre.
La carte du restaurant comporte de petits délices, le poulet de Janzé, le cordon bleu maison et des glaces à tomber sans parler des fruits de mer et des poissons.
Le personnel est très professionnel et surtout aux petits soins.
Possibilité de rejoindre le centre-ville en quelques minutes à pieds et de prendre également les navettes maritimes.

Cons:

Il manquait un petit réfrigérateur dans la chambre.

Voortreffelijke gastvrijheid in een prachtige ‘bretonse’ omgeving
Pros:

Prachtige locatie aan de baai. Mooi en authentiek boutique hotel. Heerlijk terras voor ontbijt of diner. Zeer gastvrij ook voor gezinnen en (huis)dieren. De Bretonse sfeer proef je aan alles. De kleuren van het interieur zijn prachtig. En alles op loopafstand van de zee, het centrum en natuur. Het personeel, een dikke 10.

our stay far exceeded our expectations and we would gladly return

the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful from our first meeting to our last : helping with our room and parking our car and their first rate service in the restaurant
the front of house reception area and restaurant and seating area at the front of the hotel are wonderful, really impressive and the photos simply do not do it justice... #
the view from our third floor room overlooking the beach / harbour area was wonderful

Cons:

if travelling in the high summer as we have just done, don't be surprised to find that your room may be 'quite warm' albeit helpfully and thoughtfully a large fan had been provided for ours
