I was a little disappointed that's a beach front resort does not recommend swimming in the ocean because they say it is unsuitable. Also, where I stayed, there was some construction going on.
La verdad, no podimos tener antes suficiente información de los que nos esperaba. "Vista a la playa", como fue anunciado, nos pareció un chiste.
Staff very friendly
Property is beautiful but the website does not describe what you get once there. We got an eco- house 2 km away from site and cant use electricity til 10 pm which died out at 3:30am so we slept sweating hot. Waited til sun came out to get some electricity. Bad experience so dont rely on the website only. Call ahead of time.

El inconveniente es que la habitación superior se debe salir para acceder a ella, eso es incomodo

Love it, we had a great day at this beautiful place
We didn't able to watch local tv channels, old tv, shower head broke, lack of water to shower, old and dirty furnitures,, hard to open and close main door.

Staff was great. Well maintained suite.
It was a family trip, at the gate we werent even expected, it took two hours before we can get the place, finally when we got the place the a/c’s were not working and one of the rooms had no A/C at all and this point of the year its 40 degrees celcius at the beach in Nicaragua. Its a Big No No to sleep without AC specially when travelling with our children.
We decided to leave and drive back home, I wasted 230 dollars, which I dont expect to get refunded but its no fair not to be totally honest about the place.

En las amenidades dice que el apartamento incluye cocina lo cual es falso. El cuarto es muy pequeño. Nos negaron uso de la piscina porque estaba rentado para una boda. Los elevadores no estaban funcionando.

Twin size beds should be a little bigger. The property is God and well taken care of. The food in the restaurant is to die for.

The restaurant and location were good. We overpaid for the room. It was filthy dirty with stains on all furniture and the walls. We had 4 towels for 4 people in a two bedroom unit. There were no beach towels. We were offered breakfast certificates that never materialized. The power went out several times. The room was advertised as 7000 square feet when barely over 1000. There was no coffee maker. There were no Kleenex-just holders in each bathroom. We had a total of 5 hangers in two closets. There was no resort charging privilege so had to carry cash. There were no blinds in the bedroom. You get the point....horrible. I will never book on Expedia again.
