Ligger i et dårlig strøk, kan være skummelt om kvelden med tanke på folkene som ligger ute. Badet inne på rommet var veldig lite, men ellers var rommet stort.

Purtroppo la strada dove è ubicata la struttura è molto pericolosa. Più volte sono stato avvicinato da gente poco raccomandabile e dopo una certa ora è meglio non stare in quella strada.

Slaapbank durfde ik niet op te klappen, die maar zo gelaten aangezien er van alles los hing.
Badkamerstang hing wat los maar douchen ging prima.

El ambiente principalmente sobre la calle de la entrada al departamento, complicado por las personas que intimidan, molestan y hasta llegan a asustar a los huéspedes que van a esos departamentos.

Items within the room were outdated or minimalist, curtains, lights etc. however, very good value

A infraestrutura do quarto... referente ao ar-condicionado que haviam dois antigos e que não funcionavam direito, as cortinas nao conseguiamos fechar e ainda estavam descarrilhadas, no banheiro a porta do box não fechava corretamente (nada que uma manutenção simples não resolvesse)

Little bit of a sketchy area

Was put in a room upstairs, couldn’t get out of building during the night. No direction of escape if there was a fire. Beatrice changed our rooms to a safer location, she was exceptional.

A nossa estadia era inicialmente prevista para 5 noites mas depois da primeira noite decidimos não continuar. O quarto não tem condições. A casa de banho tinha bolor, o quarto cheirava mal, o sofá cama não tinha condições para dormir. As tomadas elétricas não funcionam bem. Não havia condições de higiene adequadas, principalmente para uma família com bebê. Não é normal pagar uma estadia e ter essas condições.

No se lo recomiendo a NADIE, y si vas con tu familia menos, ni se te ocurra venir aquí y menos con niños.
A ambos lados de la puerta hay gente que no tienen buenos hábitos de salud y están haciendo sus “trabajos” y están tirados en la calle, por ello no transmite ninguna seguridad.
De las 3 noches 2 estuvo la policía haciendo redadas en la calle y la otra por la noche solo se escuchaban gritos y botellas romperse.
Si pretendes ir al hotel por la noche pasadas las 22, ves con cuidado. Hasta las 22 no es tan peligroso.
La habitación no es muy semejante a las fotos, olía a humedad.
En el baño, la ducha solo se movía una puerta de ella, la otra era imposible moverla, y estaban los desagües corroídos, y olía fuerte a humedad en el baño.
Se escuchaba todo lo que pasaba en la calle y habitación de al lado, no está nada insonorizado.
La ventana/puerta es muy grande y por la noche solo se tapaba con una cortina, que no cubría todo y estaba rota por ello al amanecer entraba toda la luz.

Biggest issue: location (more about it later).
The "hotel" is basically just some rooms in normal house. A hotel reception is in completely different building, and it is open only from 10 am till 4 pm. If you have paid a breakfast as well, they will just give you voucher to near-by cafeteria. That voucher is literally just to get: one hot drink (tea or coffee), one glass of juice and one glass of water + for the food you will get either one croissant or one toast with butter and jam. That’s the whole “breakfast”. If they would offer me at least boiled or scrambled eggs, I would be fine with it…

Now back to the location: the street itself is just bad. Very noisy (both traffic and people). In the evening (around 8pm) there were several homeless people. There were people that smoked weed (I was glad we didn’t smell it in our room, but it was unavoidable to get to the hotel without going around those people). If you want hotel near Termini, you can chose another hotel in just next street (one of us stayed in a hotel 50m away but in different street and it was fine there).

Another issue was their unwillingness to add additional bed (we were fine to pay for it to cover additional traveler). We grown one more person after we booked the accommodation. There was enough space for extra temporal bed (even louger/camp-bed) in the room. No solution. They would not allow cancel the booking (it was one week before arrival) or expand the room. Yeah, it was our problem but they haven’t even tried to help us at all (hence we had to split and some of us were accommodated cheaper in much better hotel).
