Arrivato in struttura procedo a compiere check in con successivo pagamento..
Vengo informato dell’assenza totale dell’acqua nella stanza…Cercando di trovare una soluzione vado a far un giro e vengo contattato telefonicamente dalla struttura che mi dice quanto segue
Viene fornita sempre dalla struttura il cambio camera in quanto rimborso non è possibile..
Al mio ritorno in struttura per provvedere a quanto sopra indicato trovo reception chiusa.
Contatto più volte il numero indicatomi senza ottenere risposta.

Intanto nella camera precedentemente assegnata l’acqua continua ad essere assente e quindi inutilizzabile.

Debbo risolvere andando a prenotare un’altra soluzione presso altra struttura con relativo nuovo pagamento

Chiedo cortesemente che venga rimborsata la cifra pagata e non goduta presso vs struttura..

La struttura ha un grandissimo potenziale, in una posizione comoda x chi si sposta in treno. Il cortile interno é molto carino. La camera e il bagno erano molto ampie

Podczas zamawiania na booking zdjęcia pokoi wprowadzaly w błąd sugerując wyższy standard pomieszczeń niz okazał sie w rzeczywistości. W kuchni brak czajnika do gotowania wody. Z łóżka dzieci wystawały metalowe, ostre elementy. Niby okrejone taśmą, ale i tak ostre. Piżama została podziurawione. Chwała Bogu, ze tylko piżama. Przy nieudolnym schodzeniu z łóżka, mozna bylo sie zranić. Ogrzewanie w pokojach zostało włączone w czwarty, przedostatni dzień pobytu. Do tego czasu w pokojach bylo zimno. W łazience nie bylo na czym wysuszyć ręczników od wszystkich osób. Deszczownica w prysznicu nie dziala. Mydelniczka jest uszkodzon
