Pros:

Chambre top, propre et grande avec une baignoire (moi j'adore les bains) et bien équipée, le petit-déj franchement bien, il y avait de tout et le plus pour moi qui a été top c'est d'avoir pu garder la chambre le dimanche jusqu'à 17h au lieu de 11h il me semble, sans fais en sus, plutôt rare de nos jours et la dame de la réception très sympa

Déçu.
Cons:

Habitué à cet établissement (4 ou 5 visites) nous avions toujours logé dans le bâtiment principal (celui de la réception). Là, ils nous mettent dans le bâtiment en face (de l'autre côté de la route). Rien à voir. Chambres petites, douche à la place de la baignoire, vue sur le bâtiment d'en face à 10 mètres, TV qui ne fonctionne pas, lumières LED qui pendent, etc. Lorsque j'en fait part à la réception, ils me disent qu'ils faut préciser dans quel bâtiment on veut être. Mais c'est à eux (ou leur partenaires genre Booking) de nous informer que ce n'est pas le même standingx. Bref, très déçu. A plus de CHF 175.- la nuit, on peut attendre beaucoup mieux. Prochaine fois, je réfléchirai avant de séjourner dans cette établissement, à moins qu'ils fassent vraiment la distinction entre les deux immeubles afin que le client ne se fasse pas pigeonner.

Old hotel.. need renovation
Pros:

Professional and attentive reception

Cons:

-Hard to find parking (unless the paid one..which is.also.a bit narrow)
-Dated room--beds and matress are very old, stiff, and uneven (uncomfortable)

Vielfältiges Buffet

Cons:

Das Fenster war undicht und es hat stark gezogen.
Das Zimmer war schlecht geheizt. Im Bad war es kalt.

Mauvais choix d’hôtel pour se reposer. C’est un hôtel pour skieurs et groupe de skieurs

It served its purpose for our visit, but we do not plan to stay again during our next visits unfortunately

Bed was comfortable enough for a one night stay and provided a relatively good sleep

Cons:

Very run down in multiple areas, carpets across the corridors very stained/dirty looking and the room had several things which could have been better: not very clean, visible stains on floors in multiple places, shabby looking or torn leaflets/tv guide, remote repaired with tacky yellow tape, curtain partially hanging off the rails giving the room a “not taken care of” look immediately upon arrival, toilet seat loose ( back not attached to seat at all), ceiling of the bathroom has a big hole close to shower, toilet leaking water onto the floor… was a bit surprised to find all this for the price of the one night stay even though we didn’t by any means expect any luxuries, somewhat disappointed, but it was doable for one night. Doubtful we would stay again during the next visit unfortunately
