Cleanliness and the staff were very nice
There were no elevators and the breakfast was very nasty
Convenient for our needs.
No elevators. On second floor there was a large carpet stain that looked like it had been there for a while. They need to fix that. On the morning after we arrived there was inadequate staff, and only one person that was running the front desk and still having to handle breakfast and cleanup by himself.

Water fountain was broken, drain in my sink backed up, lots of flys and gnats in my room when I arrived.

No vending machine on 2nd floor even tho it said there was one. The pool was closed yet again and the room was very musty smelling.
