Pros:

Die Anlage ist sehr schön, allerdings über 3 Gebäude verteilt und deshalb etwas kompliziert. Die Zimmer sind sehr angenehm und sauber. Der Spa-Bereich ist schön gestaltet, entspannened! Skidepot Nähe Bergbahn/Pistenrand ist sehr praktisch, Shuttlebus stellt Transport sicher.

Cons:

Frühstück wird nur à la carte serviert, bei Hochbetrieb funktioniert das nicht (lange Wartezeit). Der Service entspricht nicht dem 5*-Niveau des Hauses.

Une parenthèse enchantée qu'on se réjouit de renouveler
Pros:

L'ensemble de l'expérience est au top. Du welcome drink pour le check-in jusqu'à la prise de congé, tout est fluide et on se sent comme dans un cocon au Capra.
Literie confortable, spa moderne et agréable et excellent petit déjeuner. Personnel attentionné et sympathique.

Fijn maar het hotel mist de warmte van een Boetiek hotel.
Pros:

Het is een mooi hotel met goede faciliteiten en een prima restaurant. Het personeel is heel erg vriendelijk. Het eigen ski depot vlakbij de liften is echt super.
De kamer met balkon is ruim met een fijne badkamer. De housekeeping is helemaal TOP, je wordt door hun in de watten gelegd.

Cons:

Er ontbreekt een correcte aansturing / organisatie van het personeel waardoor het eea niet professioneel verloopt wat je wel bij zo’n hotel mag verwachten. De sfeer in de lounge / bar is kil en mist de warmte door het ontbreken van een gastvrouw/heer.

Pros:

La décoration cosy, haut de gamme et soignée

La taille humaine de l’hôtel

Pas grand chose mis à part peut être quelques manquements dans le service dînatoire et petit déjeuner selon l’équipe

A perfect week in a snowy wonderland where the hotel staff make you feel at home.
Pros:

The staff were amazing! So friendly and welcoming and helpful in every way. I don’t think the word ‘no’ is in their vocabulary! They went out of their way to curate every detail of our experience. The hotel is beautifully designed and the rooms are so luxurious. The food in the restaurant is exceptional, we ate there 3 times! And we are vegetarian but there were plenty of options. It was my birthday and my husband asked for flowers in the room and a chocolate cake on the day, they actually made the cake in house and it was probably one of the best chocolate cakes I’ve ever had! They also make their own bread and pasta in house. The ski locker is a great addition as you don’t have to lug any equipment around. Saas Fee is a beautiful place, there’s plenty to do for skiers and non skiers alike. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel. We love spa hotels and this one really stands out.

Pros:

Destacar sobretodo el trato de todo el personal, que ha sido en todo momento excepcional, el SKI room que tiene el hotel al lado de pistas es super conveniente, todo está cuidado al mínimo detalle, el desayuno de muy buena calidad. Zona de SPA muy completo, limpio y cuidado.

super good hotel with the best ever breakfast and spa
Pros:

the breakfast was out of this world - really Michelin star quality. Also that it was table service we appreciated. Your spa is also exceptional and the staff was helpful and always friendly. Beatrice deserve as special mention for always being helpful and cheerful when we arrived at breakfast in the morning

Cons:

the extra bed in our room - for my 20 year old son - was not of the quality expected for the price of the room
