Destacar sobretodo el trato de todo el personal, que ha sido en todo momento excepcional, el SKI room que tiene el hotel al lado de pistas es super conveniente, todo está cuidado al mínimo detalle, el desayuno de muy buena calidad. Zona de SPA muy completo, limpio y cuidado.

All was great
the breakfast was out of this world - really Michelin star quality. Also that it was table service we appreciated. Your spa is also exceptional and the staff was helpful and always friendly. Beatrice deserve as special mention for always being helpful and cheerful when we arrived at breakfast in the morning
the extra bed in our room - for my 20 year old son - was not of the quality expected for the price of the room
From beginning to end, everything was a truly beautiful experience. It was the small details that made all the difference—someone filling the coffee machine with water, another bringing our ski equipment to the garderobe. Every facility was exceptional, especially the outdoor hot water pool.
The staff were almost invisible, yet completely attentive, with an open, friendly attitude that radiated care and generosity. Everything is so thoughtfully arranged that guests can fully enjoy exactly what they came for: to ski and to relax.
I genuinely cannot find compliments strong enough to recommend this place. Thank you to everyone, and special thanks to Experiences Director Phaedra and the entire team who supported us so wonderfully, even in the unprecedentedly low temperatures. Truly amazing. We will definitely return.

Tip top HOTEL - wie erwartet
It was super cozy, clean and a lot of wood was used for building all the apartments. The underground connection was always an experience and kinda reminded of labyrinth and also always had a slight smell of lavender or orange (in a good way we enjoyed it)
The bar and th fireplace were amazing, it’s a perfect place just to relax, get a free mind and get a great drink as well. Also, the breakfast/dining area made us feel really comfortable and taken care of, besides the incredible breakfast they offered us every morning.
There are so many reasons to come a third time for us….::))
it was our second stay at the capra, and we regret nothing. The staff was super nice, always available if you needed something and on top, even if it wasn’t on the menu, my girlfriend was able to get her smashed potatoes because the kind kitchen chef came and told us it’s no problem:)
Also, the super cute girls at the bar made fantastic drinks and we were kind in a really authentic way what is actually really rare to have. One even gave us great advice for our next Barcelona trip because she used to live there and we had a great chat always. Benjamin from the reception was also super kind and funny ::)) I had a good laugh with him.
We are now at the le grand bellevue(Gstaad) because it is on our way back home and we thought maybe two more days in a different village could be interesting as well, but the day we arrived here, we regretted our decision. You could really feel the difference between authentic staff, food that was made with love and effort, and a hotel that was made to feel home, cozy, and familiar( capra), beside the fact that the village saas fee was much more welcoming (mindset of the people as well).
The only regret we have is not staying longer at the capra and spending the two days(overpriced) here (gstaad).
We miss the capra already…. So see you next year!!!!

Breakfast, spa facilities and staff were lovely. Hotel rooms were very clean and modern, well located to the slopes too.
