Everything was perfect! The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall experience was excellent. The gentlemen at the reception were extremely kind and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. Truly outstanding service!

Location....right at Taksim square. Lovely lively location. Lots of food options around.
Communication... Very communicative. Responded almost immediately to all queries before and during our stay. Special mentions for Vedat and Mahmoud they were very friendly and very helpful.

Cons:

Street noise.....the hotel is on the main street so expect some Street noise through the day
Also we were on the 2nd floor and there was a streetlight looking right into our window.
Small maintenance issues like leaky faucets, wobbly bathroom fixtures, a few non working lights. Nothing that can't be updated and fixed. Beds were a bit soft.
Would I come back here? Definitely would!

酒店房间很温馨，干净，地理位置很好，距塔克西姆广场步行仅几分钟，塔克西姆广场可以说是一个交通枢纽，去哪里都很方便。驾车可以直接到门口。
