Sehr zentral gelegen, sehr großzügig, alles vorhanden was man für einen Wochenendsufenthalt benötigt

Cons:

Teilw. nicht staubgewischt (zB beim TV), und was mE ein Unding ist, Check-Out ist um 11 Uhr, um 9:30 Uhr hat das Housekeeping schon zum Saubermachen geklopft. Habe dann früher ausgecheckt, da das Gefühl entspannt bis 11 Uhr auf dem Zimmer zu sein, nicht mehr gegeben war

Erholsamer Aufenthalt in Karlsruhe.
Pros:

Die Lage und die Ausstattung des Appartements war perfekt. Die Kommunikation bei Fragen jeglicher Art war effizient und schnell, sogar am Sonntag Abend. Vielen Dank.

Solide und empfehlenswert.
Pros:

Das Apartment ist in guter Lage und hatte eine ordentliche Größe für uns als kleine Familie (2+1). Das Bett war sehr bequem und auch die Küche war ok ausgestattet. Das Apartment war auch ohne Frage ordentlich gereinigt. Ein paar Vorschläge: Aus der Dusche läuft das Wasser, da die Dichtungen undicht zu sein scheinen, evt. sollte da mit etwas Silikon nachgeholfen werden. Zudem scheint der Kalk zu schaffen zu machen. Persönlich kann ich Bucasan von Buzil als Reinigungsmittel empfehlen. Just a tip ;) Das Inventar der Küche schien nicht auf eine bestimmte Anzahl ausgelegt zu sein - oder es wurde bereits länger nicht kontrolliert; evtl. aufstocken.

Cons:

Als wir ankamen war unser vorher gebuchter Parkplatz noch belegt. Ein Mitarbeiter, den wir über Telefon erreichten versicherte uns jedoch sich umgehend darum zu kümmern und zu versuchen den Halter (wenn bekannt) zu kontaktieren.

Sehr gemütlich und modern.
Pros:

Ein sehr gemütliches, modernes Zimmer, sauber, richtung Innenhof auch angenehm ruhig.Die Küche ist sehr geräumig. Das Bett sehr groß und komfortabel, viel Platz für 2 darin. Couch war super. Kissen reichlich vorhanden, aber eher groß (lieber bedenken, wenn man flachere Kissen bevorzugt. Hatte meins mit, war dann kein Problem). Check-In war über den Automaten einfach. Es hat alles sehr zuverlässig geklappt. Das Personal war immer hilfsbereit und erreichbar - das ist ein großer Pluspunkt! Auf meine Wünsche ist eingegangen worden - vielen Dank dafür. Habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt.

Cons:

Verbesserungsvorschläge: Es wäre hilfreich, wenn es neben den großen schweren Gardinen auch zusätzlich helle/dünnere gibt. Kenne das so aus den meisten Unterkünften und bietet Sichtschutz etc. Andernfalls sitzt man schnell im Dunkeln. Im Winter kein Problem, im Frühjahr/Sommer eher hinderlich.
In der Küche hat es leider keine Pfeffer/Salz-Streuer gegeben und auch keine klassische Müslischalen, die ich dann nachbesorgen musste. Der Duschschlauch war bei mir schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Es fehlt grundsätzlich an Haken für Garderobe, Handtücher und Kosmetikware. Darauf sollte man sich einstellen. Ohne das wäre es wirklich ne 10/10 :-) gewesen. Auf den Fotos ist die Wohnung recht farbenfroh eingerichtet, meine war jetzt eher dunkel minimalistisch - ist Geschmackssache. Mir hats gefallen.
Aber: Wenn etwas fehlt, direkt nachfragen - der Service ist gut erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit.
