Great apartment, will definitely return
Pros:

Great apartment for short stay, we stayed for five nights.
Very comfortable bed, quiet apart from the odd rumble of the tram
Coffee machine nice to have
Good shower
Nice to have use of the hairdryer
Appreciated teabags supplied

Cons:

Toilet didn't have the best flush , otherwise the bathroom was good
Would be lovely to have a little milk in the fridge to make a cuppa on arrival

Moderner Großraumwohnung in zentraler Lage
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist top, verfügt über alles was man braucht. Sie ist sehr sauber, freundlich eingerichtet, hell, (weil wir zum Glück auf dem dritten Stock gewohnt haben) und nach Osten/Südosten ausgerichtet. Das Gebäude selbst ist sehr gepflegt und in der Nähe gibt es alles wie DM, Edeka und Bäckereien, Restauranten. Gerne wieder!!

Cons:

Das Gebäude liegt in einer Kreutzung mit mehreren Strassenbahnlinien. Trotz der bestens isolierten Fenster hört man die vorbeifahrenden Garnituren. Wenn man lärmempfindlich ist, könnte es stören, aber unser Aufenthaltserlebnis wurde dadurch nicht beeinflusst.

Es ist eine fantastische Alternative zu einem meist engen Hotelzimmer. Hier kann man sich auch mal aufhalten. Kleiner Tisch, Couch, Küche

Ein schönes, großes Zimmer in sehr guter Lage zu einem fairen Preis, allerdings mit ein paar Kritikpunkten.
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut und der Preis für ein schönes, großes Apartment war sehr angemessen.

Cons:

Es werden beim Checkin am Automaten sämtliche Daten noch einmal mit einer sehr umständlichen Eingabemöglichkeit abgefragt. Wozu fülle ich denn online vorher alles aus?
Leider hat es auf dem gesamten Flur extrem nach Fisch gestunken. Das lag vermutlich am italienischen Restaurant im Erdgeschoss. Dennoch ist das für mich der größte Kritikpunkt. Sehr ekelhaft!
Das Bad ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Und die Vorhänge könnten etwas größer sein. Um die riesige Fensterfront zu verdecken, habe ich schon eine Weile gebraucht.

Es herrschte ständig viel Lärm, und es gingen viele fremde Personen ein und aus, die offensichtlich keine Hotelgäste waren. Dies lag offenbar daran, dass dort Frauen arbeiteten, die der ältesten Profession der Welt nachgehen. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt äußerst unangenehm und unerquicklich. Ich habe mich nicht wohlgefühlt und empfand die Situation als sehr störend. Aus diesen Gründen kann ich dieses SEEGER LIVING COMFORT DOWNTOWN leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Pros:

Das Apartment ist ideal gelegen, um öffentliche Verkehrsmittel zu nutzen. Es ist sehr geräumig, modern ausgestattet, es war alles vorhanden und sauber. Unser Zimmer war nach hinten zum Hof gelegen. Dort war es ruhig, wir konnten mit offenem Fenster schlafen.

Could be much better
Pros:

Location was amazing!

Cons:

Washine and drying machine was extotionate at 5eur each. Internet was fast but you had to log in every 12 hours and with 3 devices it got old very quick. Finally tv didnt work on aerial and it wouldnt connect to the internet for netflix.and the pillows were crap

Zentral, gut mit einem NoGo
Pros:

Sehr zentral gelegen, sehr großzügig, alles vorhanden was man für einen Wochenendsufenthalt benötigt

Cons:

Teilw. nicht staubgewischt (zB beim TV), und was mE ein Unding ist, Check-Out ist um 11 Uhr, um 9:30 Uhr hat das Housekeeping schon zum Saubermachen geklopft. Habe dann früher ausgecheckt, da das Gefühl entspannt bis 11 Uhr auf dem Zimmer zu sein, nicht mehr gegeben war
