Las camas un poco duras. Cundo llegamos había gente fuer de la reja gritándole l conductor dr la van y l segundo conductor desde el hotel al aeropuerto maneja bastante mal

Un buen hotel de 3 estrellas, le falta para que sea 4

Lo considero mas un buen hotel de 3 estrellas que uno de 4. Esta cercano al aeropuerto, cuentan con transfer gratis, habitaciones de buen tamaño, sala de desayuno muy agradable con espacios privados, lounge de espera de buen tamaño.

Cons:

el tiempo de espera para hacer el check in, la recepcionista era lenta tuvimos que esperar unos 20 minutos. Se siente el despegue de los aviones durante la noche, la habitación calurosa, no pudimos hacer funcionar el aire acondicionado. En el desayuno fuimos al baño y justo estaba saliendo la persona del aseo, pero el baño no tenia papel higiénico ni jabón. Nuestra habitación era familiar (3 personas) y solo habían 2 toallas.

HOTEL MUY CERCANO AL AEROPUERTO DE SANTIAGO DE CHILE

LA CERCANIA CON EL AEROPUERTO SCL DE SANTIAGO Y TIENEN MUY BUEN DESAYUNO. TRASLADO AL AEROPUERTO ES GRATIS CADA HORA U HORA QUINCE MINUTO. HAY QUE PEDIR CUPO.

PARA LLEGAR AL HOTEL HAY QUE AGENDAR CON ANTICIPACION Y A VER SI HAY DISPONIBILIDAD Y DONDE EL SITIO DE RECOGIDA ES FUERA DE LOS SITIOS DONDE GENERALMENTE SE HACEN LAS RECOGIDAS. NADA MAS QUE REPORTAR.

Un hotel caro que no cumple espectativas de acuerdo al precio

Ubicación y atención del personal

Cons:

Habitaciones ruidosas, eliges enfriar la habitación o dormir, el aire acondicionado es muy ruidoso y más encima al llegar la habitación estaba muy calurosa. En la mañana se escucha todo el ruido de los aviones. Por último se realizó un requerimiento a través de booking y nunca contestaron.

Buen alojamiento, pero a mejorar servicio de restaurant
Pros:

Buena ubicación a 5 min del aeropuerto, Transfer de traslado muy bien, camas cómodas, baño bien, desayuno bien.

Cons:

Muy poco personal en restaurant, además la comida deficiente calidad, para el desayuno lo mismo, siendo que era buen desayuno, se opaca por los pocos garzones que habían atendiendo y restituyendo lo que se acababa.

Good choice near the Airport.
Pros:

Very comfortable clean rooms. Beds were fabulous and a really good shower. Breakfast was pretty good too and we really appreciated the Airport shuttle service.

Good hotel near the airport
Pros:

Location was great for an overnight stay while in transit and it was excellent that they have a shuttle that will transfer you from the airport to the hotel and back to airport. Check in was easy and the room was a very good size. I did use the gym which is well equipped.

This is a lovely facility with helpful staff and excellent restaurant
