Hotel cómodo
Pros:

Es un hotel cómodo a cinco minutos del aeropuerto. Tienen un buen desayuno e incluyen transporte desde y hacia el aeropuerto. Las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas. Nos atendieron muy bien.

Pros:

La cercanía al aeropuerto, buenas instalaciones, habitación amplia y cómoda, desayuno de buena calidad.

Cons:

El restaurante tanto como para almorzar o cenar, la elaboración de los platos no es muy buena y hay que que esperar bastante, se demoran harto en la cocina.

Pros:

Fue una estancia corta, pero muy cómoda y agradable. La habitación estaba impecable: era limpia, espaciosa y muy confortable.
El check-in fue rápido y sencillo, y el servicio de traslado al aeropuerto funcionó muy bien.
Además, como debíamos salir muy temprano, nos prepararon un desayuno para llevar, un gesto que realmente apreciamos. Sin dudas, volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí.

La mayor falta de empatía que he conocido en un recepcionista ! El hotel bien

Buenas instalaciones, cerca del aeropuerto

Cons:

Pedimos que nos recogiera el transporte a las 6 de la mañana para coger un vuelo y a las 6:01 nos dice que se ha marchado! Falta absoluta de empatía, experiencia de cliente nula!!! Ni una llamada

Excelente estadia
Pros:

É a segunda vez que nos hospedamos no hotel. É excelente, tem transporte do Aeroporto, café da manhã muito bom, limpeza excelente, equipe prestativa, gostaríamos de frisar excelente atendimento do Jordan.

Bien situé mais trop chaud dans la chambre
Pros:

- lit confortable
- machine à café dans la chambre même si elle n’avait pas été lavée (capsules dans la machine)
- tv avec chaîne française
- grande douche
- calme (on n’entendait pas les avions)
- conseil pour uber

Cons:

- Les agents d’accueil parlent trop vite en espagnol et ne se mettent pas à la place d’un client qui arrive après un vol et ne parlent pas couramment la langue.
- Navette compliquée à trouver. La personne qui envoyait des messages ne voulait pas répondre au téléphone. Navette trop loin du lieu d’arrivée du vol. Venir à la sortie avec un panneau et le nom de l’hôtel serait bien mieux.
- trop de chauffage dans la chambre : impossible de dormir. Pas de gel douche ni shampoing.
