Muy buena atención, expedito para reservar, habitaciones cómodas, rica comida. Todo excelente.
Pros:

Queda cerca del aeropuerto

Cons:

mala experiencia. El aislamiento acústico es pésimo, se escucha todo de las habitaciones contiguas, y el desayuno tiene muy poca variedad.

Lo peor fue el traslado al aeropuerto: lo reservamos para las 6:30 a. m., llegamos 7 minutos antes y la van ya se había marchado a las 6:20. El personal de recepción fue lento e incapaz de ofrecer una solución. En lugar de contactar directamente al conductor, dependían de un sistema digital ineficiente. Finalmente, tuvimos que pagar un Uber para no arriesgarnos a perder el vuelo.

Lo más indignante es que ni siquiera ofrecieron disculpas por lo ocurrido. Pésima gestión, falta de profesionalismo y cero preocupación por el huésped. No lo recomiendo.

Ótimo lugar para ficar em Santiago quando quiser descansar entre conexões.
Pros:

Localização próxima ao aeroporto, transfer gratuito e rápido, café da manhã bom.

Cons:

Fizeram uma cobrança duplicada, prometeram resolver em 24 horas e levaram mais de 15 dias para efetivar.

En el frigobar dejaron una botella de agua a medio tomar; no habían aguas de cortesía, las cápsulas de café también habían sido consumidas y faltaban toallas. Me pareció obvio que la limpieza no se habia hecho correctamente.

Super cerca del aeropuerto y tenia shuttle gratis, con un chofer bastante amable que nos ayudo a encontrar donde debia recogernos

Cons:

No me gustó el trato en recepción, hubo apagón y no había grupo electrógeno, tuvimos que subir 6 pisos caminando y se demoraron horas en solucionar. El desayuno también estuvo regular.
