房间小， 员工沟通非常不顺， 邮件几天才回， WhatsApp至少一天回， 关于接机确认过程耗时几天， 最后还是放我鸽子， 我自己打车去的。 标准间只给一瓶水， 打电话去问也不肯加。早餐难吃，所有的设施服务根本不配4星， 只能2星。

O transfer de/para o aeroporto, gratuito, é um ótimo diferencial. No meu caso, desembarquei após às 02:00a.m. e foi providencial, pontual, seguro e confortável.

Terrible customer service
Pros:

The only positive thing is, it’s close location to the airport.

Cons:

I had dinner in the restaurant on my first night. I was the first person to arrive in a restaurant and ordered a very simple burger and chips. Nothing too hard or strenuous. I also ordered a bottle of wine. It took one hour and 20 minutes and my food to arrive in that time I managed to drink the entire bottle of wine and we’re still waiting for my food to arrive. I was probably the last person to receive food despite being the first one there and ordering First absolutely disgusting service. I also booked a wake up call for 130 in the morning on the day of departure they gave this to me a day early which was really nice of them to wake me up nice and early all in all a terrible stay disgusting customer service and I will not be returning.
