Decent hotel but with scary people hanging around.
Pros:

Room was nice and seemed clean.

Cons:

When you walk into the hotel it reeks of cigarette smoke. There was some shady looking people just loitering around the front entranc of the hotel smoking...maybe even doing drugs. I couldn't make out if some of them were employees or homeless people.

We had a king bed and only stayed one overnight, the room was clean as well as the main areas.
Pros:

It was right next to an airport and there was no problem regarding sound levels.

Cons:

Although, we never saw people smoking, the smell of pot was noticeable, especially in the elevators.

Very clean and comfortable. Staff exceptional.

My room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was exceptional; helpful and courteous. Loved location to the airport. Good breakfast options and delicious.

Cons:

Only issues were wake up options was not operational and alarm clock also not operational.

Wrongful charge on my credit card!
Pros:

Absolutely the worst management! They charged $700 for the TV in my room that I never touched and never turned on. They claimed that I broke the TV. I talked to their manager multiple times and she seemed to agree with what I told her but never refunded my money. I will never stay with them ever again!

Hit and Miss
Pros:

Customer service depends on who you dealt with. Charity at check-in was not so friendly. Told me that my room wasnt ready at 2:50pm, even though I checked in thru the Hilton app the night before, had picked out a room, and entered 3pm as my arrival time. When I asked when my room would be ready, she curtly replied "when they're done with it". However, when I came back about 4:30, the guy that checked me in was much friendlier. He also helped me at check-out this morning; once again, courteous. If your chosen room isnt going to be ready when you arrive at designated time, whats the point in even offering online check-in thru the app?

Be aware, parking is pretty limited at this location. One row of parking in front of building, with half designated as reserved for Diamond members. I gotta believe some of the others were for handicapped, as well. That being said, all remaining parking is at one end of the building and pretty tight.

The room was ok. Comfy king bed, fridge but no microwave; kinda weird, so we couldnt heat up leftovers from the pizza joint down the road. Even though our room overlooked the airport, it was super quiet. Very little traffic at the neighboring airport. Only heard two big planes in the morning. The gem of the room was the shower. Roomy, great water pressure, temp stayed consistent, and the sliding doors were actually level, which seems to be an issue at most hotels, for some reason.

Free breakfast was good. Breakfast attendant was nice, too.

We stayed here while attending an event at the Wings Event Center, one exit away down the freeway. Took about 10 minutes to get there.
