Awesome stay!

Directly On Lake Michigan
Pros:

Saw your hotel online prior to selecting it days before we headed out. Very happy we stayed here. Friendly staff, clean rooms. The bed was a tiny bit hard. I believe the fridge from the time we arrived til we left made a very loud thump! Assuming it was the fridge, maybe this is why I couldn't 😴.
The grounds are directly on Lake Michigan, you must request a room on this side, if not it's the parking lot. Nice big fire pit that has blue glass in the pit with several chairs around it.
Indoor pool that is very nicely warm, and hot tub. Did not go in either- no X, only touched pool water- no outdoor pool 😢.
Several restaurants near by, and one on hotel property across parking lot. Perkins & Burger King ditectly across the street.
This hotel has one of the user friendly links to restaurants, ect. So convenient to just tap and takes you to phone, and menus of the restaurants.
Side note, bring your own TP as TP here was not no Charmin, ha!
Breakfast has scrambled eggs, sausage biscuits & gravy, cereal. Waffles, coffee.
We are so blessed to have Lake Michigan I also live near this beautiful lake, my "ocean" since childhood-as many have their lakes all dried up! Best beach ⛱️.
I recommend this hotel, ✌️

It was really great place but the price a little high
Pros:

We liked the view of the water Really nice breakfast the Lady who worked in kitchen very attentive made sure there was plenty of breakfast items for everyone I just wish the price wasn’t so high We like a little more economical stay The pool is nice too

Coffee could be better My husband and I enjoy our morning cup of coffee and it seemed the coffee could be better Best Western had by far the better coffee We usually stay at Best Western in Marinette but they we closed so decided to try AmericInn

Awesome get away
Pros:

We had an awesome time everything was perfect. The hotel, the staff, the breakfast and the room was all awesome. The lake view was a plus and beautiful.

Convenient place to stay on the way to the upper peninsula
Pros:

Great location right on the water. It's a nice play to stay for a quick visit or stop on the road to the UP.

Cons:

Lighten up the decor so it doesn't seem too dark. Update and expand the fitness center.
