Fabulous location and parking facility. LORENZO was the best in customer services. He helped managing my booking which was messed up by booking.com, and allowed us to check out at 2, given my late evening international flight.
No water pressure in shower. Took hours to finish shower plus the shower curtain was 6 inch above the tub and was place way away. Floor was flooding after each shower.
Very clean
The microwave didn’t work, and the wire for the phone was gone I had to talk on speaker only

Habia solicitado 2 habitaciones del lado de la salida del sol y no me la dieron, luego tuve que volver a pedir cambio y solo me cambiaron una. Pero el recepcionista que luego me hizo el cambio fue muy amable.
The room was clean, neat but the air-conditioning was like a blast furnace. The noise was incredible, almost impossible to sleep with the noise level of the heater.. Someone should have listened to that thing roaring rather than put a guest in it. I can be contacted at tonys@interface–cs.com.
Quieter heating and air-conditioning
I really enjoyed my stay at Hyatt Place New York/Yonkers. The hotel was super clean and modern, and the room was spacious and comfortable — perfect for relaxing after a long day.
The staff was friendly and helpful from start to finish, which always makes a big difference. Check-in was easy, and everything just felt smooth and stress-free.
The location is convenient, with plenty of shopping and food nearby, and easy access to the highway. Breakfast was solid too — nice variety and a good way to start the morning.
Overall, a great experience. I’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone staying in the area.
The hotel is right in the middle of a shopping mall. There are restaurants, name brand shopping, a movie theater, Target, etc. Centrally located, everything is about 15 minutes away. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Breakfast in the lobby and a bar.
