Very expensive for what you get
Pros:

- The room is big and pleasant, and the bathroom is great!
- The hotel is located within an open-air shopping complex. That’s really good.

Cons:

- Very expensive for what you get.
- I was expecting msuperior quality given the price and the fact that it’s a Hyatt, but it’s just another ordinary hotel.
- Very poor breakfast. It felt like something from a cheap hotel; limited food options and plastic cutlery, just like on airplanes.
- Service was okay; the staff weren't particularly attentive or friendly, though they weren't rude either.
- It wasn't an issue for me, but they only clean the room every two days.
- No 24-hour room service options.

Wiring issues causing dangerous stay
Pros:

Sadly, It was not a good experience. and we felt not at ease.

There's an issue with the wiring causing small fires and sparks, and the manager was indifferent. We had an outlet sparking up multiple times during our short visit and throwing sparks into the room at 4am.

Great location and Friendly staff
Pros:

Location is very convenient, next to the shopping mall. Starbucks at back entrance. The front desk is very nice and welcoming. The room is spacious with good layout, which is important for watching World Cup everyday. :)

Excellent staff cordial and professional .
Pros:

Service (staff) from check in to check out was very very good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable. Liked the sofa to sit and relax. Enjoyed the large easy walk in shower.

Cons:

Would like ice machine on every floor. Breakfast was just ok. Scrambled eggs were crumbs of egg..
