Service (staff) from check in to check out was very very good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable. Liked the sofa to sit and relax. Enjoyed the large easy walk in shower.

We were looking for hotel for team stay for FRC (robotics competition), and location safety & accessibility was main criteria since we were travelling with young students. We zeroed in on HyattPlace Yonkers since it ticked all boxes & allowed flexible cancellation in view of west asia war situation.
The hotel is extremely well located in cross county shopping center. Numerous restaurants at walking distance with wide variety suitable for vegetarians. There were various shopping & convenience stores nearby. Students could walk safely everywhere. Mall had free parking. Mount Vernon East was nearest metro short cab ride away.
Our room with king bed & pullout sofa bed was spacious & comfortable. Bathroom was spacious, no bidet. Their breakfast was complimentary & adequate. They kindly provided our team with daily eggless bagel during entire stay. Overall modern convenient hotel in super location.
Staff & service were great. Nena who assisted us with booking was prompt to address all queries & extend requested support around payment & cancellation flexibility due to west asia war situation. Excellent & prompt email communication. All staff were fabulous & extended requested assistance whether it was giving us robot practice space (this was huge huge support) or print outs or storage space. Special shoutout to Shavonne, Lorenzo & Christopher for their patience & warmth.
There were no issues at all for anyone in group during our 10-night stay & this really shows how super was their staff & hotel (far above US hospitality standard). Entire group was highly appreciative of service & flexibility rendered by their awesome staff. Overall lovely stay & will recommend to anyone looking for safe & convenient stay.
