Clean
Breakfast cold
The free breakfast was delicious. The staff was pleasant. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Many stores to shop and eat within walking distance. Ridge Hill was a short drive away. Free WiFi.
They should update their tv to a more modern model. Also would have appreciated a microwave in the room.

The room had a torn screen window and old nail polish on desk. Room booked too pricey for those kinds of issues

What I didn’t like was the snowstorm nothing around open to eat but it was due to storm.
Extremely noisy hvac in room
Parking lot filled with trucks, limited parking close to hotel. Overall felt unsafe.
Staff at front desk were welcoming, but overall was not impressed with hotel especially for the price point.

staff were nice happy and accommodating, spacious and cozy place to stay, convenient location
noisy hotel, booked 2 rooms but didn’t give us connected rooms. turned out the room next door had big fights until 3 am. outside was very noisy too. sleepless
My husband and I booked a room for a night and stayed for 5 days. Front staff was the best, so professional, very friendly, and are quick to help loved them all. Same with housekeeping always a smile and will get you anything you might need.
