Great staff!
Pros:

The staff was great, friendly and accommodating. Not just to me, but I saw them interacting with other guests as well. Very helpful!

A good hotel to rest for a night
Pros:

I was only there for one night so I unfortunately didn't get to see everything they had. The pullout sofa was unfortunately not very comfortable and had some crumbs on it but it was not impossible to get to sleep. The door was also not very soundproof so there was some noise from people outside. The staff was very nice and we got upgraded which was nice of them. Overall it is what you'd expect for an average hotel and it provided a good place to rest for the night.

Pros:

I liked the location. The staff at the front desk were all polite, helpful, friendly, and professional. The room was clean. There are a lot of shops and restaurants very close which is convenient.

Cons:

The elevator was tricky to operate with having to scan the hotel key and press the button at the same time or it wouldn’t work. There is not designated parking for the hotel. The hotel shares parking with the shopping area making it hard to find a parking space close to the hotel during the day. I would suggest having designated parking for the hotel only.

Beautiful hotel... Right in the middle of Cross County and allows pets. This is now be my GO TO when I come back home home to Yonkers...Staff was amazing and breakfast was great.

Clean, safe, great selection of restaurants walking distance
Pros:

Great place, friendly reception staff, clean modern rooms, facilities inside and outside hotel were safe. Enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend.

Elevators had a strong musty smell, hallway smelled like weed, HVAC system was so noisy it kept waking us up. Worst nights sleep we’ve had in a hotel in a long time.
