Mauvaise
Pros:

L’hôtel est propre et confortable, mais les équipements ne sont pas bons.
La nourriture est chère et pas bonne du tout 😝. Je pense qu’ils n’ont pas de bon cuisinier.
J’ai reçu un poisson rose à la place du poisson au gros sel que j’avais commandé.
J’ai eu la diarrhée après avoir bu un jus de goyave que j’avais commandé.
L’hygiène laisse vraiment à désirer dans cet hôtel.
Je vous conseille de commander dans la rue ou à l’extérieur si vous réservez cet hôtel.

Cons:

Les équipements sportifs sont tous hors service. Le petit déjeuner est de très mauvaise qualité. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel et conseille d’en choisir un autre au Cap-Haïtien.

Séjour écourté car l'hôtel n'est pas adapté pour des personnes à mobilité réduite
Pros:

La nourriture était bonne. J'ai commandé du poisson grillé et il a été bien préparé.

Cons:

L’établissement est situé sur une colline TRÈS dangereuse. Ce n’est pas du tout adapté aux personnes à mobilité réduite, et on peut seulement y accéder en moto ou avec un véhicule suffisamment puissant pour y monter. De plus, nous avons été surprises de découvrir que les chambres standards sont situées à un étage supérieur, accessible uniquement par des marches extérieures.

La nuit, comme l’hôtel est situé près de clubs, il y a beaucoup de bruit jusqu’aux petites heures du matin.
Les membres du personnel nous répondaient en nous regardant de haut et n’étaient pas bienveillants.
Nous avons appris un peu plus tard qu’il était possible de demander à un chauffeur de nous déposer au bas de la colline, mais ce service n’est pas disponible en tout temps.

For the price they could do better. But staff and food and location is wonderful!!!

Cons:

No hot water, wasn’t as clean as there was hair in the shower when we came in. Phone didn’t work in the room and couldn’t be fixed while there. The shuttle to the airport was down (it has never been available each time stayed there). The shower door couldn’t slide closed.

It will do in a pinch but it’s far too expensive for what you get.
Pros:

It was available at the last minute and I was able to get into the restaurant before it closed.

Cons:

The AC is off until 8:00 pm, there was no hot water in the shower and the beds don’t have blankets.

Ça aurait pu être mieux comme la dernière fois
Pros:

Au resto c'était super. Le personnel du resto est remarquable. Le Confort est garantie avec une grande télévision HD

Cons:

J'ai attendu 4 longues heures pour recevoir une serviette. Il n'y avait ni menu ni le numéro du resto dans ma suite. Même pas le numéro de la réception. Pas de shampooing non plus

Very beautiful villa, the apartments need some work though.
Pros:

The grounds of this place is absolutely beautiful. It's very well kept. This location is very secure, kind of hidden away from the general public and has around the clock security. The staff is amazing, very friendly and mostly extremely helpful. It does have great amenities, gym, playground, pool, places to just be a vacationer. I loved the choice of getting an apartment or a room. I did love that breakfast was provided despite some issues.

Cons:

They could've spent more time with the upkeep of the rooms. The living room/kitchen was nice although the stove was inoperable. The bed was extremely hard as well as the pillows. There was water leaking and making a puddle possibly from the ac unit in the bedroom, i could've slipped and fell after the first night. They never sent anyone after we called it in. There was a constant puddle of water in the bathroom that we kept mopping up even when it wasnt in use. The bathroom was not clean, and very outdated. The showers were mostly cold, except on rare occasions of hot water coming out. Found a lash in the shower. We were charged $20 daily for breakfast that was barely provided. The amount of food they put out doesn't suffice for the amount of guest they had on the roster. The Food ran out everyday no matter how early you got there (we learned very quickly)
