A estadia no Hotel Cumbres Lastarria foi excelente. Toda a equipe foi sempre muito atenciosa; o quarto era confortável e de ótimo tamanho e a localização era excelente, perto de restaurantes, transporte público, mercado etc. Adorei e recomendo!

Very disappointed, especially after telling the hotel from the beginning that I was a solo female traveler coming for the first time to the city and country.
1. In spite of letting the staff know that I want the hotel to coordinate airport pick up, scheduling tours and all related payments, initially and even later they confirmed to me but then passed on my information to the tour company for me to coordinate myself.
1. Vent above the toilet kept running very loudly from 6:30am till 10:30pm. Reason told was that my room was on 7th floor and the kitchen was on 8th floor and vent was for the kitchen.
2. Shower head was pouring minimal water so when I tried adjusting, it fell on my leg with a cut on my shin.
3. Sink was clogged and it would take a long time for water to drain
Atendimento, qualidade dos quadros, café da manhã, localização. Tudo muito bom. No dia que saímos para um passeio cedo eles preparam uma caixa com café da manhã para levar. Maravilhosa essa atenção com os clientes.
Internet no quarto não muito rápida
O HOTEL É MODERNO E BEM LOCALIZADO, EM UM BAIRRO MAIS TRANQUILO, EM RUA QUE HÁ MOVIMENTO PRÓPRIO. HÁ MUITOS RESTAURANTES AO REDOR, E NOS FINAIS DE SEMANA HÁ BASTANTE GENTE NO ENTORNO. OS FUNCIONÁRIOS SÃO MUITO SIMPÁTICOS, E O CAFÉ DA MANHÃ É BEM BOM. CUSTO-BENEFÍCIO FAVORÁVEL

La ubicación es muy buena. Las instalaciones son cómodas. El desayuno es variado y dan la opción de llevarlo si la salida al aeropuerto es en un horario previo a que inicien la atención en el restaurante, lo cual ayuda a planear mejor la salida.
El área de la ducha podría contar con mejores tubos de apoyo y jabonera o repisa para quienes viajamos con artículos de baño personales (shampoo, jabonera, etc.)
One of the best hotel I have been in the world & it’s very affordable. It’s in a great location Lastarria region of Santiago & near several landmarks region of Santiago. Great King size room, very spacious & bed is confortable for a soft firm. All the staffs were wonderful from the door man to front desk, room services, restaurent & bartenders. Free great variety of complimentary breakfast with a great spread ranging from fruit, great Jamon & pastries. They also have great deserts. The hotel offers transportation to & from airport for a small fee. Great restaurants near by & a very walkable region of Santiago as well as the city. It’s also great for venues to host events from business retreat to wine tasting. The hotel is very accommodating to your needs & wants. They are customer centered driven. Thank you Hotel Cumbres Lastarria staff for everything. Will definitely book again next time I am in Chile!
