Breakfast was good, adequate and sufficient. Staff were pleasant and attentive.
It was amazing. We should have stayed another day
Far from the attractions in Philly
Very cute area and felt very safe
Not close to the stadium for our concert
Cute Historic Hotel in Chestnut Hill. The walls had pictures that showed the past of the area and hotel. Close to the Morris Arboretum where we attended an event our first night. Adam was amazing and informative. We were celebrating our anniversary and the room was very romantic. The bed was very comfortable with awesome plush pillows. The provided robe was also very plush. Breakfast was very good, but if you eat meat you will be disappointed.
Everything was great!
We had a great experience and stay at the Chestnut Hill Hotel! It's really cute and comfy, nice beds, super-clean, and it has so much character! The staff was friendly and helpful. A big shout-out to Adam, who helped a frazzled traveling family settle down, gave us great neighborhood recommendations, and set us up for a wonderful stay. Thanks Adam!
The neighborhood is a lovely place to stay, really safe and has cute shops and restaurants. The parking is really easy in the lot behind the hotel! We really enjoyed the Adelinas restaurant (part of the same bldg), and El Limon, just a few blocks away in the charming downtown.
Overall, it was a relaxing, charming stay. Thanks to Chestnut Hill Hotel (and Adam!)
Customer service was amazing. Kristal L. Was so helpful and caring!!
When our travel agent booked the wrong day, it looked like I would have to find a hotel. It was late, our group was tired, and Kristal greeted it all with a calm smile. She called everyone who hadn’t checked in yet, and luckily one room was released. I’ll definitely be coming back to this hotel!
We had a wonderful stay at the Chestnut Hill Hotel over the July 4 weekend. In the midst of a heat wave, Michelle and all hotel staff were always friendly and helpful.
Location was excellent. Michelle and Sam at the front desk were very helpful!
We have had a great time in Chestnut hill hotel!
Michelle and Adam were amazing.
The hotel was beautiful, warm, clean.
The location is perfect with restaurants, shops and supermarkets close by.
Highly recommended!
All the basics, the front desk was extremely helpful.
TV access to wifi was difficult. I was not comfortable with the process.
Everything was fantastic
An Excellent boutique hotel thats located right in front of a food court that offers a variety of foods. The place is very clean and it's quite obvious that they didn't spare any expense with the design and upkeep.
Also, it's very quiet in the room, #209.
As much as I appreciate the hotel itself, it was Michele who was at the front desk that makes it even more special. She's had the warmest welcoming way about her and I appreciated the short conversations with her as I was in and out over the fews days that I was there. Hopefully I'll return one day, if not, she'll be what I remember the most.
Thank you Michele.
Happy Independence Day America !

What a beautiful and beautifully run historic hotel. Our service was top shelf from Michele and Adam (and Sam) at the front desk, to the cozy room, and the delicious breakfast. We’ll definitely stay again.
