Room numbering confusing. Preferred to have access to a lift as stairs were difficult. Preferred to be able to pay for my meal and drinks by adding to my accommodation bill and then paying on my departure/check out.

The staff were super friendly and helpful and extremely accommodating. The room was bigger than we expected with heaps of room and was clean and tidy and had a super comfortable bed.
Nothing.......everything was perfect
Room wasn’t clean, bathroom was filthy, bins hadn’t been taken out. Was no hot water at all. Online it states there is off street secure parking but I was told I had to leave my vehicle on the street. Room was incredibly noisy all night from traffic noise.
The lounge was spacious and the location quiet. The Indian food was good.
The public areas were sterile and uninviting. The entry to 20 of the 24 rooms was from the car park past a large open storeroom full of rubbish and up 19 dirty concrete stairs. Not a good first impression. The bedroom was cramped, with no air conditioning outlet.
