Value for money stay.
Pros:

Convenient location. Relatively quiet away from main through road. Large room, good shower, comfortable bed. Easy check in.

Cons:

Upstairs room, limited on site parking. Had to park on the street to take possessions upstairs. Unable to close room blind to keep out the morning sun.

We really enjoyed our stay at Crossroads and would have no trouble recommending it to our friends
Pros:

The Room was clean and spacious and the ataff were very friendly and helpful
The Indian food we had for dinner was delicious and was served propmptly

Good location, disappointing experience.
Pros:

Central location.

Cons:

Our room had a ridiculously small and poorly planned bathroom which flooded when you had a shower. Access and egress to and from the rear carpark and our first floor room was through a side door and the main hotel entrance and up a steep, narrow staircase. The carpark had far fewer spaces than the number of rooms so off-street parking was a lottery. There were no spare pillows in.the room and the electric kettle could not be filled directly from the hand basin.

Overall great value for money
Pros:

Clean modern room with kitchen facilities and large shower. Off street parking and on site restaurant. Very quiet. Friendly staff.

Carrying luggage upstairs.

Pros:

We enjoyed our stay at the Crossroads hotel and their Indian restaurant was very good.

Cons:

The stairs to the room and very little storage space in the bedrooms and an extra mirror would be useful but overall the room was very good, spacious and comfortable.
