All in all a very. Comfortable place to stay.
Pros:

Breakfast and all the included items were a 10 out of 10. Full breakfast. 10% off dinner. Buy one get one free beverages a the bar/lounge. Best included items from any hotel I have ever stayed.

Cons:

The rooms needed some updating. Carpets were starting to become worn and the furniture could use a refresh but here I am picking at straws.

Pros:

Breakfast was wonderful and accommodated my gluten-free, dairy-free diet!

Cons:

We were having iPhone charging issues; wifi was not available at check—in…apparently the hotel was too busy and there is a city-wide issue…but so inconvenient as we relied on hotel wifi as backup.

Worth the price, and would recommend. A/C worked
Pros:

Bed was comfortable. Otherwise the staff was lovely, bed was nice, things were mostly clean and it was worth what i paid. Would recommend. There was a coupon for free breakfast that I did not use, but appreciated it. In room small coffee maker was nice and I appreciated the two cup pods available

Cons:

Parking was not premium but ok. There were some hairs in the bathtub. I did not use the tub, and the hairs were not mine. There were some small decals from reading glasses on the floor, also not mine. The debit machine in the lobby had an error and said there were no bills in it.

Pros:

Location was good. Breakfast was very good

Cons:

Bed was terrible uncomfortable. Toilet didn’t flush properly. There was only one room booked on system for me so second room was on a different floor.

Great midtown hotel
Pros:

Quiet hotel, couldn't hear the neighbours. Room was spacious and perfectly set.
Bathroom was clean
Location was central to the city
