Great place just outside town
Pros:

It was a great location. Just far enough out of town. I had asked for a first floor room, no questions asked, we got one.

Cons:

Nothing comes to mind...be aware, though they charge you an extra fee as a deposit for smoking or room damage. I don't recall reading anything about that when booking. It is refunded, once they check your room after your departure.

We had a pleasant stay and will return.
Pros:

Breakfast was simple but good each day. Front desk got us extra towels and wash rags quickly when we asked.

Cons:

A cleaning lady to come through and make the bed or take out the trash during our stay would have been better.
