Enjoyed my Stay
Pros:

Excellent Hotel, Staff, Services, Location, Food, Breakfast.
Really Enjoyed my Stay. I would highly recommend this Hotel to anybody
travelling to Pemba. Airport pick-up and drop-off service was also helpful.
Raphael Hotel has done well, and hopefully will continue to do well, because
of their outstanding service.

We had a great stay.
Pros:

The staff are friendly and always willing to help. The pizza at the meat restaurant is very good as is the breakfast.
The room is comfortable and we felt at home.

Cons:

The Wi-Fi is very weak. The air conditioning in room 1160 was not cold. But it is worth recognizing the effort of the staff to resolve the issue. The power in the room went out after I plugged in my laptop and it was only after two hours that they suggested to change rooms.

Good and pleasent.
Pros:

The reception on the premises was good, we could ask for transfer shuttle which is available for free. The staff is helpfull, and the hotel was above my expectation, regarding room size and quality.

Cons:

Unfortunattly i could not get a room on the upper floors, they were all occupied.
