Pros:

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the hotel was immaculate, the breakfast buffet was very fresh and plenty to choose from.

Great Value Hotel with Central Rayong city location.
Pros:

Central location with clean room and good Buffet.

Cons:

Still using the old door locks with physical keys which was difficult to rotate.

We went for one night and ended up staying for a week, it was that good

The location and the gym/pool facilities; both excellent
The size of the rooms, corridors and main facilities was vast and impressive

Cons:

Breakfast not really for westerners; limited choice. The catering staff were helpful though and I was always able to find myself something

We had an amazing time and plan to go again next year and incorporate a stay at Kho Samet.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel with very friendly and professional staff. The food at the hotel was excellent and very reasonably priced. The breakfast was amazing. The gym was equipped extensively and the pool was perfect. The location was very central to everything especially the markets.

Super Frühstücksbuffet, schöner Pool, super Lage (Nightmarket und Lotus's um die Ecke).

Cons:

Der Kaffee beim sonst wirklich tollen Frühstücksbuffet war scheusslich, insbesondere wenn man eine Variante mit Milch wählte (z.B. Cappuccino).
