Could do better
Pros:

Ultra clean, designer room. Good bathroom. Ok breakfast but no choice of hot food. BUT…. Unfriendly reception; garden & breakfast room tight when hotel full; Room 123 (red house) & bathroom very dark - thought the lights weren’t working properly. Rooms facing street are noisy. Hairdryer in drawer under sink BTW.

Hotel mit tollem Design & Garten an top Lage
Pros:

Top Lage, super freundliches und hilfreiches Personal, sehr schöner Garten, tolles Design des Hotels

Cons:

Das Zimmer war leider relativ dunkel, da im EG und als einzige Lichtquelle nur Balkontür. Gebuchter Balkon war in unseren Augen kein Balkon sondern lediglich der Notausgangs-Steg, auf dem offiziell weder Tisch noch Stühle platziert werden konnten.

Erstklassige Lage, toller Service, älteres Haus
Pros:

Tolle Lage in der Stadt mit Blick auf die Förde. Wehr freundliches, zuvorkommendes Personal. Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber Lage und Gastfreundschaft gleichen das aus.

Pros:

Great location, easy to reach different part of Hamburg. Located in peaceful street, but many restaurants close by. Our junior suite was really nice, 2 floors and privacy for all parties. Breakfast was good, variety from day to day and a nice peaceful breakfast room.

Cons:

Extra bed was quite hard, not good to sleep.

Lage ideal.Nähe Hauptbahnhof und Zentrum.

Cons:

Zimmer zur Strasse hin bei offenem Fenster ist nachts laut. Zimmer zum Garten hin würde ich beim nächsten Mal bevorzugen.

Una delicia. El personal super amable. La decoración perfecta. La habitacion : camas estupendas, calidad madera, ventanas muy aisladas con contraventana fantástica y cómoda.

Dusche funktionierte gut. War geräumig.

Cons:

Die Matratzen sind zum Schutz mit Plastik umhüllt. Trotz Bauwoll Laken schwitzt man sofort darauf, da nicht atmungsaktiv. Ein unangenehmes rutschiges Gefühl.
Matratze sehr weich.
Sie Beleuchtung ist zu dunkel.
Die Zimmer sind recht klein.
Standard Frühstücksbuffet überteuert.
