La Belle Hotel Chiang Rai

We weren’t able to sleep since the bed was extremely hard. The area was quiet, the bathroom smelled like fungus and looked dirty.

Das Bett war hart wie Stein, das ganze Gebäude viel zu hellhörig.

It's clean and very quiet. Downtown isn’t far, you can walk there, but you might need to take a taxi if you are planning doing more excursions.

Just our 2nd visit in Chiang rai ,me & my friend have been there on 11-16 Jan 2023 .Hotel was in the center not far from the Airport and also from the night bazar,but mostly we rent the car and took mountains ride ,first of all the hotel have parking lot and fast chick in get though to our room #109 just close to the lobby in the first floor ,room was standard set up ,clean and quiet well organized,look new and reasonable rate .staffs were nice when you need some information for your trip .Thank you vmuch ,highly recommend !!!

Our stay was very mixed. The staff were excellent, friendly, helpful. The room was clean and comfortable although the shower was only ever tepid at best. The hotel is quite a way from anywhere you may wish to visit. We recommend using the Grab app. Our main negative which did impact on the quality of our stay was the noise. Although the hotel cannot be responsible for other guests’ behaviour (which from one group was totally unacceptable singing happy birthday at top volume in the corridor at 11.30pm) the sound proofing was non-existent. Every time someone opened or closed their door it was extremely loud, waking us up at 6am on two of the three mornings. It could be that we were just very unlucky but we would recommend to the hotel to put up signs asking guests to be quiet after 10pm and before 8am (this is something we saw in other hotels). Also a carpet might help with sound proofing. It’s a shame as the hotel has the potential to be excellent.

This hotel is okay if you stay only one or two nights. There is no breakfast. Wifi is very good. It is much better if you rent a scooter because it takes around 40 minutes walking to city center. Staff is very friendly. If you like to eat something you have to go to the center of Chiang Rai.

시내에 나갈때는 그랩이용해서 90바트에 다녔습니다
메파루앙공항까지도 10분이면 갈수있는 위치에

โรงแรมราคาไม่แพง สะอาด และทำเลดีมาก มีที่จอดรถสะดวกทุกอย่าง วายฟายโอเค เสียดายมากที่ตอนไปพัก เจอกลุ่มนักปาร์ตี้ เดินเข้าเดินออกเปิดปิดประตูห้องตรงข้าม และประตูทางหนีไฟ ที่บันไดเสียงดังมากเกือบตลอดทั้งคืน (ระหว่าง 22.00 - 3.30 น.) แถมยังพูดเสียงดังมาก กรี๊ดกร๊าด เดินลากเท้า คือได้ยินทุกอย่าง แม้กระทั่งห้องข้างบนทำของตกยังได้ยิน สรุปนอนไม่หลับเลย ดีว่าเป็นคืนสุดท้ายจะบินกลับบ้านมิฉะนั้นจะต้องทำงานไม่ได้แน่นอน

Spotlessly clean. The staff couldn't be nicer and they also speak English. While the location is in Chiang Rai city, there is really nothing within walking distance, not even a convenience store or soup shop. If you doing n't have a your car, this is kind of a problem considering the hotel has no kitchen and there is only toast for breakfast. The front desk did say they would call a taxi, or you could use Uber.

Beds are rock hard as is the Thai standard for budget hotels.

Free WiFi was so slow as to be useless...bring your own hotspot.

No English language TV channels.

But all in all, I thought it was good value for money for a one night stopover.

No kettle in the room. BYO.

There is no elevator and if you get a room on the 3rd floor you have to carry your luggage yourself, there was no help from staff.
Mattress was so hard it hurts
Pillows the same.
Towels were thin and old.
Breakfast is tea and toast only.
No hot water in the shower only lukewarm.
However room was very clean.

Hotel had everything we needed while staying in Chiang Rai. Rooms were clean.

The hotel is new and very clean. Staff are friendly. The only issue is the hard bed. But concern the price, it's understandable. They're hot drinks, toast and fruit for breakfast.

La Belle hotel good location in Chiang Rai City and not far form city center and
Rim Kok riverside. Good for parking car this hotel no breakfast just coffee and bread but good reasonable price. Staff's friendliness and help.

I like this place but it is overpriced by a couple hundred baht.

A good stay with reasonable price. Room and bath room was clean, In the morning hotel offer complimentary coffee and snack. Overall good stay. Definitely will stay here again if come back to Chiang rai.

Good value budget hotel. 10/15 minutes from airport. Very clean and contemporary styling. Rooms adequate yet spacious. Shower ok, good temperature range; certainly better ones out there. A/C very efficient
They only offer a very basic breakfast of toast & tea/coffee/juice and there are no local eateries close by that cater for European and Western cuisine
Location is remote from City Centre, but staff happy to call Meter taxi for you. Cost us 80 baht and takes only 10 minutes to get into Town even in busier times.
When in Town we found all the taxi and Tuk Tuk drivers new La Belle so getting back after an evening out was no problem.
La Belle is situated close enough to main roads to be an ideal location for day trips.
I'd recommend this place for short stay trippers on a budget.
No whistles and bells at La Belle, but good value for money.
