Prima voor de eerste nachten
Pros:

Locatie was prima. Met de Blue Bird alles goed bereikbaar. Ontbijt was prima, er worden eieren gebakken op verzoek. Kamer was ruim, had een klein koelkastje, wat erg fijn was. Airco koelde goed, maar maakte wel wat lawaai. Het personeel was zeker erg vriendelijk.

Cons:

Duidelijk was dat het hotel oud is, alles gedateerd. De voegen op de vloer in de doucheruimte waren ruim voorzien van schimmel. Evenals vochtplekken op een muur bij het raam. Sommige vloertegels lage los en gedraaid onder een bedpoot. Kortom, onderhoud is niet iets dat plaatsvind.

Pros:

Mooie kamer, zeer vriendelijk personeel

Cons:

Licht in de hal van de kamer blijft branden. Hiervoor ben ik naar de receptie gegaan. Personeel zegt altijd "ja" maar doet niets.
Het hotel is matig.

Groot hotel met zekere grandeur, riant ontbijt, prima locatie voor botanische tuin
Pros:

Ontbijtopties zeer uitgebreid. Sap, fruit, eieren, nasi goreng, mie goreng, etc.
Het hotel heeft veel kamers en mist daarom een beetje een persoonlijke sfeer. Personeel vriendelijk. Er is een klein zwembadje op de 2e verdieping, aan de voorkant van het hotel. Daar loopt ook een drukke weg, dus erg rumoerig en niet erg rustgevend. Direct tegenover de botanische tuin.
Aan de achterkant van het hotel hoor je niet veel van de drukte, prima geslapen.

Cons:

Infomapje op de kamer ontbrak, zou misschien handig zijn.

Prima plek vlakbij de botanische tuin, maar niet de leukste plek in de buurt

Cons:

Het lijkt al lange tijd niet meer echt goed onderhouden te worden. Bedden en kussens zijn niet echt comfortabel. Kamers ook niet heel erg schoon (maar ook zeker niet vies).

Wonderful staff and strategic location but poorly maintained facilities.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and kind also very helpful. The location near the freeway and close to the shopping centre. The room was not too bad. Good value.

Cons:

The breakfast didn’t have many varieties. It didnt value for money. Adult cost Rp 160.000 and kids cost Rp 80.000 wasn’t worth for that kind of breakfast. I paid Rp 80.000 for my son and he only can eat scrambled egg, toast and glass of milk. Their fruits have some flying bugs on it. And i lost appetite to eat it. The gym was filthy we asked them to clean it up, but it didn’t happen. They don’t have proper equipments in the gym. Very disappointed. Hopefully they will improve it.
