Ein außergewöhnliches Hotel zentrumsnah ( ca. 40min fußläufig gut erreichbar) und doch in der Natur gelegen-place of cha

Das Hotel wird seinem Namen gerecht: Place of Charme!! Ein sehr charmantes Hotel in ehrwürdigen Gemäuern mit einem grandiosen, sehr gepflegten Garten mit vielen lauschigen Ecken zum Verweilen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und sehr ruhig mit einem wunderschönen Blick in den Garten.
Das Frühstücksbüffet ist sehr reichhaltig und vielfältig, das Personal sehr freundlich, die individuell wählbaren, frisch zubereiteten Gemüse-Obstsäfte ( sogar frischer Ingwer ist verfügbar) sind grandios. Die gut beschatteten Außensitzplätze um eine Grünfläche herum laden zum längeren Verweilen ein und sind äußerst entspannend.

Great value for money but beware of the horrible internet, under efficient front-office, mosquitoes
Pros:

The quiet comfort of the hotel in general. Great food and breakfast. Awesome garden and sunset with the wine was the icing on the cake.

Cons:

Shower - it's too small even for a teen. The amenities were not great in restroom/shower.
The tablet was a nice but non-functional most of the time as the wifi is horrible and barely works.

Otoczenie obiektu, miły personel, ładny widok ze wzgórza.

Cons:

Zarezerwowałem pokój 3 osobowy. W pokoju zastałem duże łóżko podwójne i dostawkę, która wyglądała jak łóżko połowę i miała jakieś 180cm - po położeniu się wystawały stopy. Otrzymalem jedynie dwa duże ręczniki i szlafroki (akurat szlfroków nie używałem, więc to nie pronlem, ale w 3 osobowym pokoju pownien być zestaw na 3 isoby), małych za to było chyba z 5. W łazience brak miejsca aby odłożyć nawet okulary podczas mycia, nie mówiąc o położeniu gdziekolwiek kosmetyczki. Winda - nie działa, tzn niby działa ale ani razu nie udało się skorzystać, dobrze że obsługa zajęła się bagażem bo po stromych schodach z 2go pięta nie chciałbym nosić walizek. Hotel ma usługę transportu z i do centrum - zlokalizowany jest poza granicami miasta. Do centrum wszystko z transportem przebiegło wzorowo, jednak zgodnie z ustaleniami po kontakcie telefonicznym w sprawie transportu powrotnego i ponad 30 minutach czekania w ustalonym miejscu w którym nie ma gdzie usiąść oraz telefonie przypominający, transportu nie pojawił się - słabo po kilku godzinach na nogach spędzonych na zwiedzaniu.

Pros:

Ein Ort, der einen verzaubert.
Die alte Villa, der Park, der atemberaubende Blick, die Freundlichkeit, die zentrale aber doch ruhige Lage. Die Altstadt von Florenz bequem fussläufig erreichbar, noch schneller mit dem unkomplizierten Hotelshuttle. Auch unsere zwei Hunde waren herzlich willkommen, die nach dem Stress der Stadt am Tag herrlich im an den Park angrenzenden Olivenhain einfach nur Hund sein konnten. Wir musste uns schon manchmal kneifen, so schön war der Aufenthalt.

Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Sehr schöne Lage etwas außerhalb, ideal, wenn man aus dem Trubel der Stadt sein möchte und draußen frühstücken und den Garten genießen. Super funktioniert der Shuttle Service in die Stadt.

Cons:

Einrichtung ist etwas zusammengewürfelt und nicht stilvoll was schade ist angesichts der sehr schönen Villa. Das könnte man mit wenig schöner machen. Warum es Art Hotel heißt ist nicht wirklich einleuchtend. Der Frühstücksraum wirkt chaotisch und nicht gemütlich.

A very relaxing place to stay in beautiful surroundings.
Pros:

Beautiful grounds and building. Very quiet with nice views. Morning breakfast was a nice bonus.

Cons:

It’s a bit far from the city center and the hotel’s shuttle stops running too early to have dinner in town without spending more money for a taxi.

Pros:

Tutto è stato stupendo.
Il personale è molto accogliente, gentile e disponibile.
Ampio posteggio disponibile.
Camera pulita e spaziosa.
Colazione a buffet variato ed abbondante. Abbiamo mangiato al di fuori dell'orario del ristorante e la scelta e qualità molto buona.
Bellissimo parco dell'hotel dove fare delle belle passeggiate per rilassarsi.
Dalla struttura in auto si raggiunge rapidamente il centro di Firenze.

Средний завтрак , плохое обслуживание ; за доп оплату принесли свежевыжатый сок из пакета
Правда удалили из счета после замечания
Очень средний ресторан для ужина

Sejour dans une ancienne proprieté de charme au porte de Florence.
Pros:

Hotel au charme un peu désuet, dans une position exceptionnel , avec un merveilleux jardin . Prés de Florence mais au calme et au frais. On se sent comme dans une maison privé , et le personnel est trés courtois. Vieux meubles de famille et tomettes anciennes au sol.

Cons:

Si votre style sont les lits king-size, les SPAS et les ouevres d'art abstraite c'est pas le bon hotel pour vous.
