Pros:

Wunderschöne anlage. Ruhig und viele schöne Villen in umgebung. Sehr schöne blick nach Florenz. Sonnenuntergang. Perfekt mit dem Hund. Gutes Frühstück.
Parkplatz fürs Auto. Gratis Schuttle Service hinunter zum Brücke Ponte alle Grazie.

Cons:

Letzte Shuttle um 20.00 Uhr. Etwas später wäre besser gewesen, bis 21.00 Uhr.
Zu Fuß kann man auch hinauf, Ca. 30 Minuten über die Piazzale Michelangelo.

A magnificent hotel! It is situated in a stunning location, featuring a well-maintained, beautiful garden and a view of Florence!
The breakfast is delicious—they even serve Americano coffee, which is a rarity in Italy.

Cons:

Bad und Toilette entsprechen nicht der Kategorie: veraltet, sehr beengt. Immer klamme Hand- und Badetücher. Keine Heizung und die Klimaanlage wärmt nicht. Wir waren 1 Woche im Oktober hier.

Pros:

L’emplacement est idéal, la navette gratuite qui nous emmène au centre ville est top.
Le petit déjeuner est très bien.

Cons:

Malheureusement nous avons été très déçu de notre séjour! Pour 3 nuits à 812€ pleins de points étaient négatifs :
- aucun chauffage dans la chambre (environ 16degres!!) on s’en est plein, pour cela on a eu une deuxième couette sans housse et taché de sang!
- la propreté restait à désirer
- une des réceptionniste était désagréable
- la prestation 4**** est difficilement perceptible (les photos montrent que les belles chambres, 1 bouteille d’eau pour 2 personnes pour 3 nuits, 1 sachet de tisane, pas de gel douche,…)

C’est la 1ere fois que nous déçu d’un lieu avec une note booking exceptionnelle !!!

A perfect place to stay when visiting Florence and the surrounding Tuscan countryside!

Great villa on the hill away from the crowd.

A bit too far from the city. The shuttle service was good but finished at 8pm.
We must have had the smallest double room in the villa. Really compact shower.

Our stay at Art Hotel Villa Agape felt like stepping into the Tuscan dream we had imagined. The sunshine, the peaceful hilltop setting and the sweeping views across the countryside made it feel truly special. The air was so fresh, and the gardens were breathtaking—every corner seemed to invite you to stop, take a photo and simply enjoy the moment.
We also loved the restaurant. The food was excellent, and after a lovely meal it was easy to relax and take the hotel shuttle down the hill. Everything felt thoughtful and unhurried. Most of all, our whole family felt at home here—and none of us wanted to leave. We would happily come back.
