Es war ein perfekter Aufenthalt ohne wenn und aber.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet
Das Zimmer hatte den italienischen Charme
Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet mit dem barocken Garten über Florenz
Der Hotel Shuttle ist immer in wenigen Minuten am Treffpunk, und bring einen in die Stadt oder zurück.

Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche ist ausbaufähig.

素晴らしい眺め。
サンセットを眺めながら、家族でゆったりとくつろげて最高のひとときでした。朝食も、親切に説明していただき、スムージーも作れて美味しかった。6人家族だったのでエクストラベットを入れてもらい（広さは十分でした）2部屋に別れて泊まった。街までの往復サービスも便利でした。ミケランジェロ広場で降ろしてもらい、素晴らしい写真スポットから街に降り、帰りは電話すると15分くらいで迎えに来てくれました。（指定された2カ所から選択可能）

部屋のドア入ってすぐに段差があり、家族数人が転んだ。

Lovely stay at a beautiful villa with views of Florence.
Pros:

It’s a lovely historic villa in beautiful grounds with views over Florence. It’s well maintained, staff are friendly and the breakfast was great. Along with standard nice breakfast, home made cakes and tarts raised the level. The bed was comfortable, very clean and character furniture, with an arched ceiling and tile floor. Garden is lovely - Italian garden and olive groves. Had a lovely short walk each day after breakfast. Very picturesque walk up mostly away from the road from Florence- about 30 mins from Ponte Vecchio. Free shuttle to town at some hours.

Cons:

The walk up is very steep- off putting after the first couple of times. We took a cab back up each evening after dinner. As it is a historic building, rooms are interconnected- but sound proofing at those joins is weak so we could hear neighbours all too clearly. This could be a problem on weekends, I would guess. Lots of late evening noise on our last night (Thursday). View over the parking lot. Those on a romantic stay will want to ask for a non-adjoining room with a view!

Splendida Villa vicino al centro di Firenze
Pros:

Colazione ottima e abbondante con ampia scelta dal salato al dolce, uova, salumi, eccezionali le centrifughe fatte al momento su richiesta.
Hotel molto bello in una villa con grande giardino e splendida vista. Molto comoda la navetta, attenzione alle fasce orarie, peccato che l’ultimo rientro serale è alle 20. Parcheggio gratuito. Fattibile anche a piedi, il rientro è in salita. Letti comodi con scelta tra due cuscini.

Cons:

All’arrivo abbiamo ricevuto un upgrade della camera, ma siamo rimasti delusi, purtroppo era molto rumorosa e si affacciava sul parcheggio. Cappuccino fai da te con la macchina nulla di speciale.

Pros:

Tout était parfait et le personnel aux petits soins, très accueillants, surtout Vanessa qui a été adorable. Le jardin est magnifique et l’hôtel a un charme désuet florentin que nous adorons. Je recommande vivement.

Cons:

La borne électrique qui ne fonctionne que si on sait faire des tours de magie 😡
Le shuttle qui a des horaires très bizarres (9h 12h / 16h 21h). Donc pour un resto le soir il faut prévoir un taxi aussi.

Готель неймовірний, чудові номери, їжа і бар, але за таку вартість хочеться щоб не було таких нюансів які сильно впливаю
Pros:

Неймовірно гарне місце, чудовий готель та дуже привітний персонал. Дуже смачні сніданки та бар, де бармен ввічливо допомогла продегустувати і обрати чудове вино. Є безкоштовний трансфер ближче до міста. Допомогли з організацією сюрпризу на день народження

Cons:

В готелі є серйозні проблеми з комунікацією між персоналом і з проживаючими. Звʼязатись з рецепцією можна лише зателефонувавши (було б набагато зручніше якби був якийсь месенджер для звʼязку враховуючи кількість іноземців які відпочивають тут). Коли замовили трансфер з міста до готелю сказали почекати трохи довше бо великий трафік (з готелю до точки де збирають людей їхати 5-10 хв), тому ми не очікували що доведеться чекати довше 20 хвилин, через 20 хвилин зателефонували перепитати де трансфер - нам відповіли що машина вже виїхала, потім нам довелось чекати ще 30 хвилин ввечері під дощем. Проблема не в тому що трансфер чекав когось в готелі щоб привезти в місто чи довго їхав, а те що нам не сказали правди і скільки приблизно чекати і замість того щоб посидіти десь в кафе спокійно очікуючи - ми стояли майже годину під дощем біля дороги щоб не пропустити наш трансфер разом з іншими відпочиваючими. Також був неприємний інцидент коли попросили принести прибори і залишити біля дверей, а через пів години як виглянули за ними - їх вже хтось з персоналу забрав і відніс, тому довелось бігти через весь готель пояснювати що ніяких приборів немає, я їх не брав і нам потрібен ще один набір. Дуже вдячний за допомогу з організацією сюрпризу для дружини на день народження, торт виглядав дуже чудово, але от на смак був просто жахливим, склалось враження що крем складався на 99% із цукру який аж скрипів на зубах і вбив весь смак торту. При замовлені мене запитали який саме крем я бажаю для начинки зі списку і я обрав крем Шантійї, який має бути легким і ніжно-солодким, а не збитим цукром із білками
