Обслуживающий персонал на завтраке и ресепшене очень вежлив и внимателен . Приветливы и готовы помочь

Cons:

Очень хорошая слышимость в номерах. Номера чистые но требуется ремонт. Мебель и ковролин старенькие. В ресторане персонал не внимателен.

Genel olarak çok temiz rahat ve konforlu bir otel.
Pros:

Otel rezervasyon görevlisi Adelya Hanıma çok teşekkür ediyorum her konudaki sorularımıza içtenlikle cevap verdi her konuda yardımcı olmaya çalıştı. Ayrıca odalarda günlük temizlik yapılması çok önemli idi, kahvaltı da çeşit yeterli ve doğurucu çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve çok nazik idiler.

Cons:

Otel koridorları çok sıcak buna bir anlam veremedim.

Болею после этого отеля еще хуже
Cons:

Не пустили на завтрак, потому что я была в тапочках. Я объяснила, что если я пойду переоденусь, то не успею на вылет и что я болею и у меня температура, у меня было только 5 минут на завтрак. В премиальных отелях по миру спокойно захожу иногда в тапочках, у них нет такого возмущения. По итогу я сильно перенервничала и осталась без завтрака. Не смогла выпить таблетки и полетела с температурой в другой город. И мы прилетели с другой страны. Выбрали этот отель просто транзитным и очень разочаровались. Теперь уже третий день болею еще хуже. Также отель нуждается в ремонте, уже все старое.
