Всё было отлично! Нам бесплатно сделали апгрейд до люкса, это было очень приятно и неожиданно 😊
В номере было чисто и тепло, дополнительно предоставили все принадлежности для ванной, а также воду и не стандартные 0,5 л, а по 1 литру, две бутылки, что тоже большой плюс.
Завтрак очень вкусный и разнообразный.
Турецкий хамам и бассейн просто супер, но лучше посещать вечером, так как утром бывает много людей. Остались очень довольны, с удовольствием вернёмся ещё раз!

Мебель старая, полотенца с дырками, из 4 светильников, работал и светил только один!

Быстро обслужила и заселила на ресепшен девушка.

Cons:

Останавливались первый раз с 03.01.26 по 05.01.26, в номере было холодно, регулятор не настраивал на тепло, дул сумасшедше холодный воздух. Второй раз 19.01.26, когда возвращались с отдыха, было уже в номере очень тепло, номер был забронирован на 2 человека, все в номере было подготовлено на одного: одни тапки, один комплект косметических принадлежностей, одна бутылка воды. Еще к этому, обслуживающий персонал при уборке номера до нас, заткнула помпу в раковине и ванной, вода не уходила, мылись как лягушки в болоте. В эту гостиницу за такие деньги, я больше не заселюсь ни когда!
