Pros:

Location. Prompt taxi service

Cons:

Indifferent and untrained staff in the dining area. The place was rundown and furniture was old and carpets worn out. Bare threaded and ripped towels and linen with a broken dustbin in the bathroom. Toiletries were not replenished regularly.
It is a very old hotel and the maintenance is very poor.
Had requested for a packed breakfast a day in advance but were unable to provide on time.

Видно что в свое время эта гостиница была хорошей, но хотелось бы чтобы уже обновили ремонт, освежили так сказать (обои на стенах, ковры, диван в моем номере, треснутая сан техника).

Останавливались в Ramada by Wyndham Almaty и остались очень довольны. Мы бронировали люкс, но при заселении нам бесплатно сделали апгрейд до номера категории Business Room - это было очень приятным бонусом. Номер оказался очень просторным, чистым и комфортным, с большой кроватью и всем необходимым для отдыха.

Отдельно хочется отметить вежливый и внимательный персонал: заселение прошло быстро, сотрудники были доброжелательны и готовы помочь. В отеле приятная атмосфера, удобное расположение, хороший сервис. Такой апгрейд и отношение к гостям действительно оставили отличное впечатление.

Cons:

Существенных минусов не заметили. Всё прошло комфортно.

Не было халата в номере, я позвонила и попросила халат, через 40 минут халат еще не принесли, позвонила повторно, принесли через 10 мни. 50 минут и два звонка, это слишком сложно и долго для обычного халата!!!
