Het personeel is top, niets is teveel en willen alles voor je doen, zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!
The location was superb. Even though we were right in the heart of the night market, as soon as the doors were closed, it was very peaceful and felt you were 100 miles away. The staff were very friendly, engaging and couldnt do enough for us. We asked for recommendations and to book tables and they booked the best for us.
Also there were 2 bathrooms in our room and a comfortable sitting area.
No windows in the room - but that is a riad.
There really is nothing not to like.
Be mindful, even though it suggests a bar, it is a dry hotel, however this no was detracts from our outstanding stay.
Excelente opción para hospedarte en Marrakech, si quieres lo bonito de un Riad pero bien ubicado sin tener que caminar por calles solitarias y feas para llegar ahí y con todas las comodidades de un hotel está esta es tu opción, maravilloso desde que llegamos nos dieron una bienvenida fantástica con te, galletas y aire acondicionado que en agosto eso se agradece mucho, el personal super amable las instalaciones impecables y el restaurante muy rico además tiene alberca, no es enorme pero con el calor de agosto se disfruta mucho, lo recomiendo 100 por ciento ! Además sales y ya estás en la plaza principal

Un hôtel parfaitement bien placé sur la place principale de Marrakech, une propreté exceptionnelle une tres belle piscine et du personnel au petit soin avec nous (un grand merci à Hichem très gentil et très professionnelle ainsi que tous ses collaborateurs).
Le seul petit souci nous avions 2 climatisations dans la suite, seul celle au dessus du lit fonctionné ce qui pose un problème pour dormir avec le froid sur le visage (mon épouse a attrapé le rhume).
Les chaînes de télévision pour la France bloquent et la parole est décalé.

El desayuno con muy poca variedad , la carta para comer o cenar no tenían la mitad de la cosas
Pero lo peor fue el último día se nos pusieron malos con gastroenteritis mi marido y mi hija tb incluso con fiebre alta , nos hicieron pagar una noche más ya que teníamos que dejar la habitación a las doce y nos íbamos a las cinco al aeropuerto!! Con ellos enfermo debíamos de estar en la habitación

Location n cleanliness
Really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The breakfast was fantastic - so much choice and you take it on the terrace looking over the square. We actually stayed here twice and both rooms were clean and well-equipped. The location is excellent for the souks and the square but inside the hotel is very quiet. This will be our go to hotel for a return visit to Marrakech.
Loved everything but payment was taken in 2 lots which was a bit confusing and also unexpected, as I expected to pay at the property. Also, you cannot access the hotel in a vehicle because of its location. We did not find that a problem, especially as the hotel arranged our airport transfers including a porter, but if you have mobility issues, it is a bit of a walk to where you can get a taxi from.

Excellent hotel right in the heart of the Medina, directly at Jemaa el-Fna. Beautiful atmosphere, very clean and comfortable, with incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The location simply couldn’t be better for exploring Marrakech. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!
Extremely friendly and accommodating staff. Nice clean room, great variety for breakfast buffet, great location. This property was very easy to get to from the gate…just a couple min walk in a very well lit area from the taxi/shuttle drop off. There is a currency exchange very near the Ryad, great restaurants within a 2 min walk, souks within 2 min, also extremely close (maybe 3 min walk) to the famous Koutoubia mosque. I loved the terrace that overlooked the Medina and it was a great place to sit and relax with a cup of tea. I am a solo female traveler from the US and never once felt nervous or uncomfortable in this area.
