Incredibly warm reception and comfortable stay.
Pros:

The location was fantastic, easy to walk everywhere or get taxis. The staff were really helpful and hospitable.
The room was so spacious and comfortable.
The breakfast was an amazing spread, I wish I had actually booked dinner as well.

Wonderful Stay
Pros:

This hotel is in the perfect place to access the main square and the medina. It is very close to the edge of the Medina so easy to get in and out. A little piece of tranquility in the chaos of the Medina! Close to cafes and restaurants all the staff were very helpful. The rooms were a good size with good amenities. Lovely swimming pool as well. The best breakfast we had in Marrakech as well . We also ate dinner there great salads!

Ospitalità marocchina al suo meglio.
Pros:

La struttura è in una posizione molto favorevole, strategica. Il personale estremamente accogliente e disponibile, la colazione ottima, per varietà di dolci e pietanze salate ( calde e fredde ) e per la qualità del cibo, eccellente.

Ubicación y amabilidad del personal.

Cons:

Muy caros los transfer a través del hotel. No queda otra porque al ser dentro de la medina, no pueden llegar los coches hasta la puerta del hotel

Pros:

Centralissima, pulizia eccellente e molto silenziosa. Staff gentile e disponibile

Cons:

Colazione di qualità non eccellente. Assenza di finestre nelle camere (sia camera standard che junior suite). Struttura pensata solo per dormire e mangiare, un peccato considerando le potenzialità degli spazi.
Per il prezzo pagato e l’acqua non potabile in città potevano offrire qualcosa di più a livello di minibar oltre a una misera bottiglia di acqua da 0.25.
