The pool is difficult to get in and out if you have mobility issues. It could do with a hand rail.

Excellent and friendly hotel.
Pros:

Very friendly staff. Everyone was so welcoming and helpful. The pool was so lovely too.

Cons:

The only opportunity for improvement was the towel situation. I’m not sure why it was necessary to wait until 3pm for fresh towels. I imagine that the hotel owners have decided not to purchase enough which means the poor staff have to bust their butts to get towels washed and returned in the same day.

Pros:

Trotz Innenstadtlage waren die Zimmer ruhig. Das Frühstück am Pool im Garten war gut.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein (teureres) "Premier Doppelzimmer", konnten aber beim besten Willen nicht erkennen wodurch dieser gerechtfertigt war. Die vielen Zimmertypen stiften nur Verwirrung.

Le personnel est très gentil et serviable, petit déjeuner assez complet.

Cons:

Très très bruyant la nuit car on entend toutes les animations de la rue où sont concentrés les bars et discothèques. Parfait si vous voulez faire la fête mais pas pour dormir au calme
