The exit
Found dirty underwear in drawers & a tampon wrapper, staff were really rude and we were denied towels during our stay so had to buy our own, floors were dirty

It was in a good location
It has a beautiful pool and slides on the website but when you actually go we were put into a back area where there was no bar ,no food service ,there only was a pool and a tiny kids hole in the ground pool and seats it was so run down .when we asked to go to the main pool that was on the website we were told it was only for people who booked the apartments it was very disappointing as I had kids with me we had to go to another hotel to use their pool and bar etc and just slept at the hotel !
