To start of with when you arrive you have to be charged 300€ per room - many people didn’t know about this as it is not clearly stated. The staff there were not pleasant at all and if you’re going to want a hotel where you go with your friends I would not recommend this at all. Especially if you’re going for the strip. We’re not allowed music by the pool nor in your room at all. To us it seemed like because we were a young group of girls that from the beginning they kept picking at everything, and they will use your deposit against you with everything you do. The key cards for the rooms do not work at all, we changed them multiple times a day and everytime they had a go saying it’s your fault it shouldn’t be near phones which after the first time wasn’t put near our phones. Cleaners left our doors open with valuables inside and at this point had not been in the hotel all day just to not wanted to be risked me be charged for everything we did and cleaners started giving us dirty towels and putting our clothes in dirty places. Personally was not a pleasant stay and is not a 4 star hotel. Only positive I would say is it is clean but not for our type of holiday GIRLS DONT BOOK lol Full of miserable young and old people to.

Chambres spacieuses, personnel agréable et sympathique, bien situé

Cons:

Les touristes anglais faisaient beaucoup trop de bruit en criant dans les couloirs en pleine nuit en rentrant de soirée, ils n'ont aucun respect pour les autres, c'était assez agaçant mais le personnel était là pour les remettre en place, ce que j'ai fortement apprécié !

Hotel was 95% drunk 17-20 year olds wreaking havoc dat and all night with roaring, fighting, banging, slamming door and blaring music. Rest was not possible and this hotel was no way possible for sleep. No where to store bags securely upon checkout just an open hallway. Pool was full of drunk teenagers.

Solid hotel. No issues
Pros:

Came here beginning of June with a group of 8 other men for a 4 night break. Had to pay €100 deposit each and we had 3 rooms, but we knew about that going in and we all got our deposits back. You can pay this on card, just in case anything thinks you have to have cash, you don't. Can't fault the hotel at all. Iv stopped at all inclusives before where the food was barely edible, the food here was good in Comparison and the breakfast was nice, the drinks were also good, but we were all inclusive otherwise we probably would have eatan out most days. The rooms were dated but clean and the location is fine, close to the strip if you want that sort of thing and an Uber to old town is about €3/4. I would definitely stop here again with a group of friends, not so much if I was a family.

Correcto, pero ruidoso por las noches

La limpieza, la piscina cubierta, el gimnasio súper bien equipado y otros servicios que ofrece el hotel

Cons:

El ruido por las noches, todas las noches te despiertan los huéspedes entre las 2 y las 4 de la mañana y las habitaciones algo antiguas

O horário para uso das piscinas encerrada muito cedo, e os quartos já estão um pouco antigos e o horário do check out é muito cedo, deveria ser às 12 como em todos os outro lugares .

an amazing 4 night trip in a great hotel

This hotel is in a great location, great rooms for 4 people, spacious

Cons:

the lack of cleaning, we had a cleaner come in once in our 4 day trip, also the showers were hit and miss with them leaking occasionally as there was no seal on the door at the bottom
