Pros:

Simpatia e profissionalismo de um empregado de bigode e brinco preto na orelha, Pedro, salvo erro! Sempre com um grande sorriso e enorme prazer naquilo que fazia!
Piscina interior.
Jacuzzi.
Pequeno-almoço.
Jantar.
TV com muitos canais.
Restaurante (decoração nas paredes e luzes no teto são lindas)
Cheiro do hall. Todas as partes comuns cheiravam bem!
Centralidade.

Cons:

Chuveiro. Duas queimaduras por conta do chuveiro. Impossível equilibrar água quente e fria. Banhos foram um pesadelo!
Equipamentos muito antigos e avariados no ginásio (bicicletas, passadeira principalmente!)
Mobilias muito antigas.
Quartos com pouca insonorização. Britânicos animaram sempre a noite até de madrugada!
Banho turco avariado.

La piscina climatizada , las camas y almohadas cómodas , la ubicación genial.

Cons:

Que no funcionarán los enchufes que hay en el cabecero del dormitorio, las lámparas de las mesitas no podían funcionar y no se podía cargar el móvil cerca. Eché de menos en la cocina unas tijeras, y que los grifos del baño fuesen más modernos, los cierres de las terrazas muy duros y pesados y una de ellas no cerraba bien, sería necesaria una sala infantil en el hotel (no solo de recreativa).

La piscina no da el sol, solo por la mañana pero por la tarde nada.
La piscina pequeña y muy pocas amacas y muy triste la decoración de la piscina sin chiringuito no barra ni animación. Muy triste.

Our hotel was adequate for our first time stay- altho it is getting "old looking".
Pros:

location was good...easy access to groceries, public tours and transportation. Rooms were generous in size, but hotel is showing its age.....sound proofing needed. Staff was very good. Courteous and friendly. Douglas on reception and cleaning ladies = excellent.

Cons:

We were there for 65 days, and when the restaurant finally opened for the season we were NOT NOTIFIED. Very disappointed. It would have been easy and desirable for us to be able to eat in house. Some of the amenities were as shown in photos but equipment (GYM) did not work.
