Beautiful
Pros:

The place is beautiful inside and out. Super friendly staff! The location is amazing being 3 miles from the entrance to rocky mountains national park.

Pros:

Location was great. Just a few minutes from the Fall River entrance to RMNP. The river was right out front of the lodge. Room was spacious and clean.

Cons:

Parking was a little tight if you would have a larger vehicle. Back deck faces the road, but the river makes it less noisy. No air conditioning. But the breeze and fans made it pleasant.

Nice location but needs some TLC
Pros:

Loved the stream running along side our room, quite peaceful and beds were very comfortable.

Cons:

There was never any staff in the office to ask questions or address concerns. The refrigerator wasn't working so they had a temporary small one in the closet. Only one of the burners on the stove worked which made it a bit difficult to cook a meal.
Also, the community hot tub didn't not look clean at all, therefore, we didn't use it. The water should not look milky.
