Apostem na formação e seleção dos funcionários.

Gostei do quarto, da localização, do silêncio.

Cons:

O atendimento quer telefónico quer presencial deixa muito a desejar. Nada de simpatia, nem olham para a nossa cara , falta muito grande de profissionalismo. Não gostei mesmo nada. Falei com diversas pessoas e a opinião é a mesma. Falta de tudo. Quer a nível de diálogo, esclarecimento, disponibilidade para o cliente. Parece que estamos numa pensão rasca. Têm tudo a nível de estrutura mas falha totalmente a nível de rigor dos funcionários. É lamentável.

Também me parece que quem reserva o quarto deveria ter direito a reservar estacionamento. Falta de organização nesse sentido.

Ein gutes Hotel in zentraler Lage.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels war für uns wunderbar. Es liegt nahe an den Bushaltestellen und man kommt von da aus gut in die Stadt. Das Hotel selber macht einen relativ neuen Eindruck, die Betten sind sehr bequem und es gibt ein hübsches Badezimmer. Die Dusche ist ein bisschen gewöhnungsbedürftig, da die Glastüren nicht abgedichtet sind und das Duschwasser auf den Fußboden läuft. Auch das Frühstück war schön. Es gab alles, was man brauchte und auch die Qualität war in Ordnung. Wir würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder wählen.

Cons:

Es hat uns nicht gefallen, dass wir nach dem Duschen immer das ganze Badezimmer auf wischen mussten. Ein bisschen ungewöhnlich fanden wir auch, dass es an fünf Tagen zweimal einen Nescafé gab, somit konnte nur einer von uns Kaffee trinken. Ansonsten gab es eher ungewöhnliche Teesorten, wie Lindenblütentee.

Os sofás da sala de entrada são muito desconfortáveis. Merecem almofadas... e nós também!!!
No pequeno almoço o pão de forma era de fraca qualidade. Já agora, umas boas compotas não ficavam nada mal!

Desayuno muy pobre para opcion sin gluten: solo cereales y tortitas de arroz. Nada de bolleria decente. Si quieres huevos fritos hay que pagar a parte. Embutido y mayoría del resto de opciones del desayuno de baja calidad. Habitaciones y recepcion del hotel con olor muy fuerte de ambientador.
