Clean and modern hotel close to metro stop with lots of great local (not tourist) eating options close by. Secure parking under the hotel, very limited parking options otherwise.

The hotel was in a decent location and clean :) The staff were super helpful and pleasant. On a side note, I want to share that I had difficulty finding accommodations in Lisbon and was surprised how expensive hotels were in general. A lot of the more affordable options had reviews citing bed bugs and that was not acceptable for me. I am glad I found Hotel 3K Europa as it was clean more affordable than most other hotels, but I must say it was pretty pricy for the location and size of the room.

Small rooms but in general comfortable. Good location. Good breakfast although the usage of a automatic coffee machine brings bad coffee quality. But good breakfast.

The staff are not friendly and do not offer assistance to any needs we asked them. I appreciate them sharing some baked goods in the reception probably left over from the breakfast buffet but it would be good to cover it to avoid bacteria. We leave in the morning and come home in the afternoon or at night it is still there sitting.

Beautiful hotel, nothing to complain about. Nice and clean, friendly staff and perfect location, just minutes by taxi from the historic city center. Also the entrance to the underground parking garage was wider than most other hotels so I had no problems parking my van.

Room size small , no food option, no airport transportation as advertised. Great staff, good location

I stayed here for three nights as part of a tour package. The rooms are the quietest I’ve ever stayed in. Despite being fully sold, once I was in the room, I wasn’t disturbed by any other guests. The hotel is right across the street from a small shopping mall, and three minutes from the Entrecompos train station. They provide a small refrigerator (no microwave) and a hairdryer. I was traveling alone as part of a group but never felt unsafe. The front desk staff were friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

Location is amazing. Train station next door. Shopping mall, shops and stores all within walking disrance. Staff was great/friendly and gave me an early check in. Hotel is very clean. Breakfast had many options. I have no complaints and would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Lisbon. Great hotel!

Ótimo custo benefício, quarto espaçoso, proximo ao metrô (um pouco distante do centro), excelente café da manhã, serviço muito atencioso.

This hotel is great if you are going to a concert at the campo pequeno. Friendly staff, nice rooms and reasonable value. A few things they should improve as a 4 star hotel. No milk in the rooms for tea and coffee. Bar should remain open after midnight at weekends. There is no room service and nothing open in surrounding area either which is poor considering that they have the campo pequeno opposite. Breakfast was poor at 15 euros a person. Hot food was cold which they seem to find acceptable when I complained. They should have offered a refund but didn't.

Needed a hotel near the Campo Pequeno arena as we were going to a concert there. I have disability issues and can't walk far, so this hotel was perfect as it's literally 2 minutes from Entrecampos Station where we arrived and right opposite Campo Pequeno. I was able to walk to both of them with no problem.
I requested an accessible room which I got, on the first floor near the lift with a well equipped bathroom with a walk-in shower. Room was comfortable, bed a little hard for my taste but ok. Room very clean, no view but that didn't matter, tea/coffee making facilities and a small fridge. Good storage space.
The room rate was very reasonable though this was January so not high season, and included breakfast. Breakfast was buffet style and one of the best we've had in a hotel, lots of choices and everything very fresh. Would we stay here again? Absolutely, it's now our go-to hotel when in Lisbon!

The Mornimg staff was rude when I asked if I could rebook for the night, then I went to sit at the bar and they did serve me , so here I sit outside there wonderful hotel. Breakfast was average at best.

I did not like the bathroom, is reslly danger to get im the tub. The front desk employs attitude.

Stayed on the top (7th) floor. Tiny room due to a large area assigned to a completely unusable balcony (no outside chairs, scruffy, only used as a guano drop station by flying animals). No space for chairs or desk.Some moron designer put a glass partition wall between the bathroom and bedroom so if facilities are needed at night, turn on bathroom light and whole bedroom is illuminated. A/C very noisy. Bar open only between 18.30 and 23.00 so if out for a concert, no chance for a nightcap. Good - big bed, Bad - one sheet and a thin coverlet.
