O café da manhã é muito bem servido, num espaço amplo, confortável e com variedade de comidas regionais. O quarto é silencioso e bem aconchegante. A localização é muito boa, pois fica a 1km do Parque do Povo.

Cons:

Ponto negativo para a pia do banheiro que estava entupida. Entrada da equipe de limpeza do quarto, sem nos avisar e Wi-fi com sinal oscilando.

Os funcionários são maravilhosos. Do menor ao maior. Super prestativos, solícitos. A localização é muito boa. Nota 10000 para todos os funcionários. Maravilhosos

Cons:

As instalações do Hotel são muito antigas, e precisa de reparos. Meu quarto tinha uma infiltração gigante na parede, deixando o quarto úmido e com cheiro de mofo. O elevador parou várias vezes, muito antigo deixando uma sensação de insegurança.
A garagem inundada de água e com muito mofo e infiltrações.

Pros:

Ótima localização, a 5 minutinhos de caminhada do Açude Velho. Equipe educada e atenta. Garagem disponível no subsolo (poucas vagas). Ambiente limpo. Quarto pequeno, mas adequado para estadias curtas. Café da manhã simples, mas satisfatório. Excelente custo-beneficio.

Cons:

O edifício é ótimo, mas está envelhecido - claramente precisa de uma reforma. A garagem é pequena.
