Great stay in Conway.
Pros:

The Inn is a locally run motel and was very nice. Conveniently located in Conway, within walking distance to several breakfast/lunch spots and a couple dinner spots (Tuckerman Brewing was a great spot for a pint and a pizza). The owners are very nice and my room was very large, clean and had everything I needed, including a lovely from porch from which I watched the rain and sipped a beer from the convenience store across the street.

Cons:

Nothing that I can think of.

Convenient and comfortable
Pros:

Centrally located near the Kanc, and all the amenities of North Conway. Loved the rocking chairs on the porch

Overall loved our stay with the exception of the bed. Would definitely recommend!

Nice place to stay except for the sand in the room.
Pros:

Location was good. Plenty of good close choices of restaurants to chose from. Staff was excellent! Beautiful views of the mountain along the Saco River with plenty of thing to do like skiing, fishing, tubing the Sacco river, shopping, etc.

Cons:

Fine sand in the beds, floor and blankets in the closet.

Cute, quaint, well cared for character hotel.
Pros:

Clean, well kept, had character. Bed was comfortable, and the hotel was pet friendly. The hotel hosts were pleasant and helpful! Quick check in and they called local restaurants to find a pet friendly patio restaurant for us. Enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again if we are in the area.

Peaceful and relaxing
Pros:

The location was very convenient for everywhere we wanted to go, what we liked best was the large balcony which had a wonderful breeze even on the hottest day we were there, it made our stay extra enjoyable!

Cons:

The room could have had better lighting in the main room and also the vanity over the sink
