Nice and affordable hotel ! Clean and spacious room. Delicious food 😋 The staff is very friendly and helpful Strategic location near mall and places to eat. After a hot day you can also jump to their swimming pool and chill. Very recommended ! 👍

I stayed 3 nights here, the room was spacious and clean. The service is good. The location is a bit far from Karawaci city center. Large swimming pool. But the minus point is the gym, not free, you have to pay. This hotel is one complex with apartments, so you can find cheap laundry services and cheap food.

The room is spacious, but the bathroom is a little small. The shower head is fitted right in front of the door and there is no space for a curtain to separate the toilet bowl from the shower. The sink is also small.

From 16 to 18 February 2019, it was another wonderful stay in Sahid Mutiara Hotel in Karawaci.

Truly, Ms Gita showed her wonderful and sincere smile jovially when she saw me. A feeling made me (and you) felt like you had returned home. All other staffs were polite too.

My 3 friends told me they had enjoyed their stay in this hotel as they like the room cleanliness, good restaurant food and many others. We stayed in Room 610 and 612.

I definitely will return to Sahid Mutiara Hotel again.

From 16 to 18 February 2019, it was another wonderful stay in Sahid Mutiara Hotel in Karawaci.

Truly, Ms Gita showed her wonderful and sincere smile when she saw me. A feeling made me (and you) felt like you had returned home. All other staffs were polite too.

My 3 friends told me they had enjoyed their stay in this hotel as they like the room cleanliness, good restaurant food and many others. We stayed in Room 610 and 612.

I definitely will return to Sahid Mutiara Hotel again.

Everyone wishes to stay in a good, clean, comfortable and worthy hotel. Sahib Mutiara Karawaci, besides my said hotel values, has the most importance...HONESTY.

Check-in on 25 October 2018. The staff, Mr Rizki, serviced professionally in rectifying the wrong issuance of hotel room. I supposed to stay in Room 603 instead of Room 601. I left my newly bought NIKE watch in Room 601 unknowingly.

The following day, I realised my watch went missing. I promptly sought help from Ms Gita, a wonderful staff, and Ms Eia in the finding of my missing watch. Unfortunately (again), I lost my swimming goggles too on that same morning near the swimming pool.

I was truly lucky. I was flabbergasted when I saw both my watch and swimming goggles at the reception counter within a short period of 30 minutes. It was Amazing!
My swimming goggles was found by Mr Arief and my watch was found by one of the house keeping staff.

The success of finding my missing items resulted from the sincere and laudable teamwork effort put in by Ms Gita, Ms Eia, Mr Rizki, Mr Arief and the house keeping staff.
Their efforts would recorded by me; and I urge the hotel top management should, not only record, and should recognise their efforts and values. They are very good staff models for all to learn and follow.

Sahid Mutiara Karawaci is not a forlorn place for me. I will always return definitely.

Hotel made from the apartment looks like . Because lined with rows of the other apartment buildings . im booking from application agoda. locations very difficult found through google maps ,first impression hotel entrance lobby clean and comfortable , the front desk staff all friendly

I returned to Paragonbiz Hotel on 25 March 2018.

It was an wonderful time I had as I met Ms Gita,a beautiful young staff, again. Ms Gita shared her sincere concern for my mother. My mother had been hospitalized more than 8 weeks. I truly appreciated her kind caring. Ms Gita still gave me her charming smile... I am giving my thank you to her.

Despite my short stay in this hotel, nevertheless to mention, Paragonbiz Hotel always maintain a high level of room cleanliness with good functionality of facilities.

In the restaurant, ground floor, the dinning environment was perfect with many young waiters and waitresses servicing professionally... especially Ms Vina.

Paragonbiz Hotel is a place I would always return.

Because lined with rows of the other apartment buildings . im booking from application zenrooms best deals. locations very difficult found through google maps , because google maps always directed to different directions ,whirling long i find its address, but fortunately the zenrooms send full address of link a map , so i arrived also It turns out near once with supermal karawaci . A first impression hotel entrance lobby clean and comfortable , the front desk staff all friendly . But room looks are not maintained properly and does not seem to be cleared . Many tufts sand from cracks the walls of rooms hotel , dust dirty on the floor that it was very significant at the foot of . Bed linen mattress and pillowcases seen dull . No mini bar and a refrigerator mini . the bathrooms are like long time no use. the swimming pool is quite extensive though widely used by the public, and I seen for swim workout a sort of army. so the privacy and feels less uncomfortable. all persons not residents can go in anytime so the stuff. isn't safe if not supervised. finding food is very easy, because many are selling around the front of the building, and there is a small supermarket.

I was staying for one night at ZEN Rooms Paragon. Found it online, and booked it right away for my short business trip in Jakarta. The customer service was very helpful, my room was clean, and the price is very reasonable. Good experience so far.

I stayed in Paragonbiz Hotel, 19 June to 21 June, with great satisfaction. Besides the clean room and clean facilities, the staffs' services is awesome.

Gita, the hotel young lady receptionist, impressed me. She speaks English well. She services every hotel guests with her loving smile. She resolved all my matters professionally including the big plastic bag she gave me. I used that big plastic bag to contain all (last minutes) items conveniently.... it is Fantastic!

Gita's working attitude and sincere caring are laudable. Good job...keep it up, Gita.
