The knives in the kitchen are blunt and useless,the non sick cookware should have been replaced years ago.we had to buy dishwasher tablets as you don’t provide enough.There are SIX coat hangers for three bedrooms,the toilet paper is transparent and one of the bathrooms is a death trap.The torn carpet is a major trip hazard.

Parking was extremely limited, especially for larger vehicles. You need to arrive early to secure a space that you can easily get in and out of.

The room we were given was old and dirty. There’s a difference between something simply being old and it being poorly maintained, and this unfortunately felt like the latter. We were also given the wrong room, and none of the photos on the listing matched the room we received, including the room configuration.

I emailed to request a room change but never received a response. I also tried calling the landline several times, but it rang out each time with no answer.

There was also no notice about building works. Construction was taking place in the room next to the entrance, and loud machinery could be heard throughout the day. My husband was in the area for surgery and needed a quiet, clean place to rest and recover, which unfortunately we did not receive.

The pool area also had no pool towels available for guests. We had to use one of the room towels instead so we didn’t have to walk back through the building while wet, as requested on their signs.

Garage door handle was very hard to turn, had to get my stronger husband to do it. I think it needs adjusting, otherwise we were happy with our stay.

I was disappointed on arrival to see thick black mould everywhere on the inside vents of the aircon. I cleaned it immediately.
Also the couch was not suitable for 6 people as it only seated 4-5 people.

Booking.com did not say in the advertisement that there was no lift. I have difficulty with steps and we were on the third floor. A little inconvenient.

The spa was cold!

Parking was a bit difficult as there was a large 4WD with a boat parked inside the gate so maybe just restrictions on what can be inside the gate

We stayed in Apartment 14 (3 bedroom, 2 bathroom) and were very disappointed with the level of cleanliness. The carpets were dirty and in need of a professional clean, and there was visible dirt on the floors with the tiled areas sticky underfoot. The ensuite sink had not been cleaned, with sand left on the counter, and the shower still had hair inside. The top of the fridge was dusty and dirty, and the furniture, particularly the couches, had sweat marks from continual use and had not been cleaned properly. The balcony was also covered in sand and bird droppings, which made it unpleasant to use. Overall, the apartment felt unclean and poorly maintained, and not up to standard for the price paid.

We bought a fan because the primary bedroom fan had only two speeds, super slow and super fast and noisy lol. A middle speed would be great!
Everything else was perfect! Would stay again.

Car parking was an issue, garages unable to accommodate SUV vehicles, carports (only 3 spaces) being used by smaller cars + a moped. The boat was problematic when manoeuvring around the property.
Floor of the apartment was greasy on arrival, we had to wipe over the tiles to remove the residue.

The view was everything for me

The mattress in the main bedroom was a little too soft.

Our unit was lacking a few utensils. The road noise in two of the bedrooms could be a problem for some.
