Pros:

The location is very convenient when watching a concert in Impact Arena. I love the resto near the hotel. Though far from hustle/bustle of Bangkok but I love the peace and quiet. There's a 7-11 nearby and restos.

Cons:

The location is a bit far from the train station. Nearest station is Pak Kret.

Property rudely refused request for a tax invoice/receipt. Unprofessional and fraudulent business practice. Location

Cons:

the property refused to issue an official receipt or invoice, and insisted I use the Booking.com confirmation as receipt. this is deliberate tax cheating and avoiding income declaration. The property owner was rude and unprofessional in dismissing my request. finally granted my request when I angrily insisted.
