THE MOST HORRIBLE AND DISGUSTING HOTEL EVER!!!!!!!
Cons:

The most unattentive and impolite reception staff I had the misfortune of encountering; even bordering on the thin line of arrogance!!! While the hotel replied with eloquence regarding similar complaints and negative reviews, the truth is, NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE TO IMPROVE THE RECEPTION TEAM AND GENERALLY, THE TINY AND HORRIBLE ROOMS, A.K.A. PRISON CELLS! The Reception staff should actually be better suited working in a Call Centre as they are perpetually on their smartphones every minute while at work!
There was no even a bed frame in my room; and besides the 1st day, no further supply of coffee or sugar in a room I was told would come with a kettle. NO SUCH THING!!!! No daily cleaning of an already badly maintained and unclean room during the 5 days I was there!!!!!
Definitely not worth the money and it is a disgusting reflection on beautiful Singapore and the worst hotel I have ever stayed in during my decades of travelling around the world.
I can only advise those looking to book accommodation in Singapore to avoid this disgusting and dreadful hotel by all means. You will regret staying here!!!!
AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COST!!!!!!
