Clean well maintained hotel
Pros:

Rooms were small but layed out nicely. Location was great and convenient. Very clean and maintained. Help full and attentive staff. Desk clerk on her own asked if we wanted a breakfast bag. Since we asked about cab station post and early hour availability.

Only issue was the beds. My daughter is 5’9” and I’m 6’. The twin and king beds provided using the pillows pushed our feet over the edge. Not good for a nights sleep.

Pros:

Loved the location and the breakfast was delicious. Friendly staff. Had a room off the courtyard and it was very quiet. Would stay here again in a minute.

Fabulous stay for a 3 night break in Rome, area is full of local restaurants.
Pros:

Location to major visitor attractions - right next to Basilica. Our room overlooked Basilica Papale of Santa Maria Maggiore - Pope Francis simple tomb is located here.
Breakfast was absolutely excellent - couldn’t fault it.
