Location is very close to Rome Termini. It was spotless and the beds were very comfortable
Behind a low door (mind your head) is a gem. The staff were very welcoming with information and a nice cool drink. The common areas and the room were all exceptionally clean and fresh. The free mini bar in the room was a nice surprise and the breakfast (included in the room price) provided a generous range of options. I strongly recommend this hotel.
I wish I could have stayed longer.

Room was very small but probably normal for Italy
The hotel is on the 4th floor of a grand building and is accessible by lift. It felt very secure as there was someone on the main door all day and it was locked at night. Despite being a 10 year old business, the hotel appeared new. It was lovely!! Beautifully clean and wonderfully cool. The complimentary drinks were a great touch and the breakfast choice amazing. The staff on reception were very friendly and made contact before we arrived, which was a lovely touch. Next time I go to Rome, I will definitely stay there again.

The room was very adequately sized. It was very clean and modern and the staff was wonderful!! There was an ice/ water and coffee machines next to the lobby where you could help yourselves anytime which was super helpful to refill our water bottles before heading out for the day.

Air conditioning was excellent, breakfast was good, walking distance from train station, across from St. Maria Majore basilica and mile away from Colosseum
Room was pretty small
To breakfast exceeded my expectations and was absolutely beautiful.
The only thing I wouldn’t say it was bad is the bed it was it was I could sleep but it was pretty hard mattress.
