Excellent séjour dans le penthouse
Pros:

Le penthouse est génial, 2 terrasses, très grand salon, 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain et une assez grande cuisine
Nous avons adoré notre séjour, le petit déjeuner est copieux, les choix sont de qualité et les produits sont frais

Great location within walking distance of Termini but not in the seedier area. Fantastic breakfast. Very comfortable.

Princeps boutique Hotel location to the train station made it very easy to get to after a 30 hour flight. We were welcomed with smiling staff and very generously allowed us to have some breakfast and relax before our room was prepared. Sorry I can’t remember the lady’s name at reception, she was lovely and very helpful giving excellent advice on some of the best coffee, a place where locals know where to go. Bravo.

The breakfast selection was excellent. All very fresh with something for everyone.

Our room was spotless, bright and quiet.
Housekeeping was very good.

Very happy
Pros:

The hotel was in an ideal location. Very close to the main train station but also close to the main attractions in Rome.
The young staff could not have been more helpful. We arrived without our luggage after a 30+ hour journey. We were given directions to a department store nearby to purchase what we needed and a lovely casual restaurant just round the corner. Our luggage turned up at the hotel within 24 hours!
The breakfasts were excellent and we loved the intimate atmosphere of this boutique hotel.
