Breakfast and facilities excellent
The communications with the hotel prior to arrival were via automated responses and were unhelpful. Staff at reception during check in and check out were undertrained and seemed to have to have every decision verified by a telephone call
We were not directed to our room or shown clearly where to go for breakfast. We were not reminded to collect our key deposit on checkout.

Nice relaxing around the pool. Gardens are well maintained. Staff was friendly.

Mooie plek aan zee met fijn zwembad en restaurant met uitzicht over zee. Vriendelijke medewerkers en uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet.
De kamer had geen uitzicht, dus voelde wat donker en gesloten.
Locația este de nota 10, grădinile sunt superbe, piscina, accesul direct la plajă, restaurantul și personalul. Totul a fost o încântare. Mi-ar fi plăcut sa stau mai mult.

Makanannya Indonesianya enak. Kamarnya bersih. Pelayanan baik sekali, semua staff sangat ramah. Dari awal pemesanan dengan pak Ferry sampai check out semua sangat baik. Ada acara pelepasan tukik, bagus sekali untuk edukasi lingkungan. Tolong diteruskan ya tujuan mulia ini. Kami akan kembali lagi kalau ke Banyuwangi.
Kamar agak sedikit gelap dan kuno. Lain kali akan coba yang cottage.
