Pros:

Wat een mooie plek! Een ruim opgezet resort met comfortabele huisjes, leuk detail is de half-open badkamer. Mooi zwembad en als bonus activiteit worden dagelijks baby zeeschildpadjes uitgezet op het strand (die groot genoeg zijn om de zee in te gaan). Als gast kan je hieraan meedoen.
Wij bleven hier maar 1 nacht op doorreis van Java naar Lombok, maar hadden graag een nacht bijgeboekt als onze volgende bestemming niet al vastgelegd was!

Good and convenienly situated hotel.
Pros:

Lovely hotel conveniently situated between Banyuwangi and the port.
Right next to the beach and with a pool and poolside bar/restaurant. Breakfast in the morning offered a good selection.

Beautiful garden setting
Pros:

Lovely and peaceful garden setting. Large and very clean villas. Beautiful Oceanside pool and poolside cafe. The hotel has a turtle hatching program and guests can help to release turtles on the beach outside the hotel twice daily.

Cons:

Our villa’s bathroom had a shared wall with neighbouring guests, with outdoor roofing that wasn’t sound proof. We could hear other guests conversations and vomiting throughout the day and night.

Heerlijk verblijf als tussenstop naar Bali vanuit Oost-Java waar we nog graag een of twee dagen extra hadden gebleven.
Pros:

Heel mooi en comfortabel hotel aan het strand vlakbij de ferry naar Bali. Goede bedden en goede douches. Erg goed restaurant en uitstekend ontbijt. En fijn groot zwembad.

Cons:

Niets te klagen!

Le jardin est très beau et très bien entretenu. L’accueil était chaleureux.

Cons:

La moitié du personnel était moins chaleureux que ce que nous avons connu dans le reste de nos hôtels à Java. Des fois pas de regard, pas de bonjour. Nous avons pris le petit déjeuner à 9h30 chaque matin car nous déjeunons très rapidement, à 9h45 nous sommes sortis et le petit déjeuner termine à 10h. Nous ne sommes clairement pas les derniers, et le personnel du restaurant nous ont fait sentir que nous étions de trop, et nous ont même appelé le matin à 9h00 pour nous dire que le petit déjeuner fermait à 10h. Un peu insistant sachant qu’à 9h on dormait encore. Dommage car le cadre est beau.

Excellent hotel, highly recommended!

We had a truly wonderful 3-day, 2-night stay. From the moment we arrived until check-out, the hospitality was exceptional.

During our stay, we shared some feedback regarding the electricity issue in our room and a few other minor concerns. What impressed us the most was how seriously the team took our feedback. They responded quickly, took immediate action, and genuinely cared about making sure we had the best possible experience.

A very special thank you to Mr. Rafli Massunu, who listened carefully to our concerns with empathy and professionalism. He went above and beyond to provide a 100% service recovery, making us feel valued and well taken care of. His dedication, excellent communication, and sincere desire to ensure guest satisfaction truly made a difference.

A very pleasant stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the entire staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Devita, Sherly, firdia, and Mr Hakim at reception for the outstanding service. I will definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to friends and family

We had an amazing stay at Ketapang Indah Hotel. This hotel truly deserves 5 stars for us!

All the staff are very friendly and helpful, the hotel is clean, and the food is great. The location is amazing right by the beach, and the garden / landscape is so beautiful.

We also loved the spa - very good and relaxing. Their turtle release program and conservation is such a wonderful initiative..

A special thanks to our FOM, Mr. Hendra, for all your professionalism and kindness during our stay. Thank you for going above and beyond to accommodate our needs, we really appreciate it!

And to Ms. Devina & Mr. Kojak the receptionist, thank you for being so wonderful in welcoming us.

We highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends and will definitely come back here again if we visit Banyuwangi!
