Exceptional experience
Pros:

We did like everything, the vibes and atmospheres the overall quality of the rooms and facilities, the location in front of the sea with a nice view on Bali, the swimming pool, the quality and variety of the breakfast. Anyway, above all we did like the staff, extremely welcoming and professional, always ready to assist and make you feeling good. We would like to mention in particular Mrs Diska and Mr Ahmad, really exceptional ! Thank you !

Nice hotel of you’re a Muslim
Pros:

Nice garden and bar at the pool

Cons:

I fully respect the obligation of the 5 prayers for Muslims. But I wasn’t aware that the Adhan for the Fajr Salah at 4 AM was loudly broadcasted by the hotel itself, and that it took 45 minutes.
It was not possible to stay a sleep!

Classical resort

Classical resort by the sea.

Cons:

The beach is not beach it is just acces to the sea. The check in is at 15 pm, we came at 11 and get room exactly at 15pm. Communication by WA with staff should be better. We wrotte to transport servise, no respond, to massage booking, no respond..

Pros:

Great and attentive staff. Very well located to go hike the Kawah Ijen and then go to Bali.

Cons:

The food options were not the most varied and tasty.
Lots of kids, making it sometimes a bit noisy.

A dated hotel in a nice spot. OK as a rest stop but not much to do around the town
Pros:

The gardens and grounds are lovely with nice vegetation.
The breakfast was very good
The view to Bali also nice when eating breakfast

Cons:

Pop style music way too loud in the dining area while trying to eat dinner.
Unfortunately there was a school sport group there as we booked in a weekend and they were extremely noisy set up right next to the lovely pool with loud speakers and teachers continually yelling into them and loud awful music and kitschy adds with kiddy voices . We didn’t use the pool which is a shame as it was a horrible ongoing noise.
Also at breakfast we didn’t sit outside due to the awful loudspeakers with horrible music adds and people yelling out into the speakers
We ended up staying only one night and moving on with our travels earlier than expected

The room was quite dank and the bathroom door didn’t shut and the exhaust fan ran in the bathroom all night and the air con was very noisy also
