Pros:

Good location—near 99 Speedmart, 7-Eleven, and several restaurants. Got dobby also.

Cons:

Check-in took around 15 minutes, and we were initially given the wrong room. We booked a twin-bed room but received a queen-bed room, so we had to return to reception to change it.

The new room had no towels, and we had to go down again to request them, only to be told they were not ready. The power socket near the mirror was not working, there was no TV remote, and despite checking in at 6:00 PM, the floor was still wet as if it had just been mopped.

Overall, the room was not properly prepared and the check-in experience was disappointing.
