Zimmer geräumig, Küchenzeile in Ordnung, Bad und Toilette in Ordnung.Personal (Rezeption) sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Kostenfreier Parkplatz vor der Tür.

Für Messezeit überraschend an günstig, 8 Übernachtungen 750 €

Negativ:
Fußbodenheizung, es gelang mir nicht diese zu regulieren.
Darum in der Nacht zu warm. Regulation der Zimmertemp. durch das Öffnen der Terrassentür. Störende Geräusche durch Zwangsventilation im Bad. Lüfter lief die ganze Nacht durch. Keine Möglichkeit der Abschaltung.

Das Hotel ist total sauber und die Reinigungskräfte sind sehr nett. An der Rezeption konnten wir leider nie jemanden antreffen, weshalb wir uns um die Schlüsselrückgabe selbst kümmern mussten. Ein Problem ist, dass die Busse häufig Verspätung haben und sonntags sowie abends gar nicht fahren.

S3のOlching下車、徒歩２０分、静かな文教地区にこのホテルはあります。アパートメントスタイルのホテルだということを理解していなかったので、玄関に封筒が貼り付けられ、そこにルームキーが入っていたのにはびっくり！もちろんフロントにも人はおらず、telナンバーが書かれているだけ。一人旅、寝るだけの宿という利用目的だったこともあり、そのまま気にせず５連泊しました。不安になるくらい、干渉されません。チェックアウトの時も仕方がわからず、鍵を部屋に置いて出るという感じでした。でも５泊中、２回ぐらいは掃除に入っていた感じです。内装はおしゃれだし、ダイニングも完備、家族連れで長期滞在にはおすすめかな？スーパーも近いし…。そうそう車があれば最高だったかな？wi-fi完備のこじゃれたアパート５日間滞在という感じでした。

The hotels downtown during Oktoberfest were very expensive. We chose this efficiency style apartment on the outskirts of town. It was new, comfortable, and modern. The train station was not walking distance, but very close, and a direct shot to Oktoberfest and downtown. A McDonalds, several bakeries, pubs, and a supermarket were close as well. No attendant, but leaving the key in a lock box was just fine, THAT IS ... until something was needed. There were plenty of posted contact numbers, but I turned off my cell service except WIFI. When I finally got through, by asking a local person to call, the attendant answered and promised ... but never sent out a repair person to fix the mini neon bathroom light. I actually enjoyed that the toilet was a separate room, but with the light out, we had to use the bathroom after turning on the kitchen light and leaving the door open. It was very disturbing to the partner who was trying to sleep or hang out. We tried taking the light out and finding a bulb, but could not find it anywhere. Also ... the further outside of town, the less the residents speak anything but German. I don't think I will ever get used to the two twin beds pushed together to make a single bed ... but that is true of most hotels.
