Notre séjour au Grandhotel Giessbach a été bien au-delà de toute attente — une véritable parenthèse hors du temps. Cet établissement est un bijou niché dans la montagne, où chaque détail, à l’intérieur comme à l’extérieur, émerveille.

Les chambres sont superbes, alliant confort et sérénité. Le personnel se distingue par une amabilité constante et un professionnalisme irréprochable.

La cuisine mérite une mention particulière : d’une finesse remarquable et parfaitement maîtrisée — chaque plat est une expérience. Le niveau est comparable à celui d’une table étoilée.

Les enfants y sont accueillis avec beaucoup de bienveillance, ce qui rend le lieu d’autant plus précieux. Le pianiste, présent chaque soir et chaque matin, apporte une dimension supplémentaire avec une sensibilité musicale délicate et inspirée.

Les environs sont tout aussi impressionnants : des randonnées pour tous les goûts et majestueuses. Le lac de Brienz, surplombé par l’hôtel, offre un panorama d’une beauté saisissante.

Accueil très chaleureux et très sympathique. Nous nous sentons vraiment les bienvenus. Comme la chambre proposée ne nous convenait pas, la réception nous a tout de suite proposé une chambre plus grande. Les souper au restaurant étaient excellent, le service irréprochable, discret, efficace et sympathique. Le buffet de déjeuner est également excellent et hyper bien garni. nous recommandons chaudement cet hôtel exceptionnel où nous retournons avec grand plaisir.
